Our flight was 8:25am and the transfer only offers pick up at 4:30am. I asked if they can do pickup at 5:30. The answer was no! Are they out of their mind? Who wants to sit and wait at the airport for 3 and a half hour!
I asked them to cancel my reservation and was told that I reserved though trip advisors/aviator do I need to get refund from them.
The next day I get a transfer pickup reminder. Apparently, they did not cancel the reservation. I ended up getting charged anyway. Trip advisor should have a link to cancellation the tour or should have told me to contact trip advisor/ aviator to cancel it myself. I am mad!!!!

As we exited in the direction of the tour exit, we were standing in an easy-to-understand spot, which we could quickly spot.
We also happened to be the only ones who could pick us up and drop us off, and they immediately called the driver to drop us off.

So easy and very affordable vs cruise transfer. We disembarked the cruise early. The van was already waiting and we got to the airport early and was able to change our flight for an earlier one back to Kona.

I went to Waikiki alone for two weeks in February.
It cost $52 to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel.
Because of the weak yen, it was expensive,
so I asked for a shuttle bus for the return trip.
The hotel pick-up was on time.
The driver was also very nice.
The price was also cheap, which was good.
But the problem was...
The pickup time wasn't decided when I made the reservation,
so I had to call directly to ask!
I can't speak English, so I asked the hotel staff.
I would be happy if they could let me know the pickup time by email🙇♀️

There was no problem with the pick-up on the 20th, but there was no advance notice of the pick-up time on the 27th. I called the local company but they couldn't speak Japanese, so I had to ask the hotel staff for help and everything was fine. Even though I had emailed them in advance. I wish they would at least be able to respond to inquiries in Japanese.

日本帰国時にワイキキエリアのホテルからホノルル空港への送迎で利用。
ドライバーの方はとてもフレンドリーな方で、怖かったり、不愉快な思いをすることはまったくなく、少額のチップでも喜んで受け取ってくれました。
実際の個人的な感想としては★5つですが、日本語対応が無い点がマイナスポイント。出発日前日に電話で待ち合わせ時間と場所のConfirmation（確認）を行わなければならないこと。そしてそのConfirmationの案内がWEBサイトの申し込み画面や予約成立後のメールで確認することできなかった点もマイナスポイントです。英語に不慣れな場合は結構ハードルが高いと感じますが、この点が克服できる場合はコスパ最高の送迎サービスです。
Confirmation内容は１）氏名 ２）出発日 ３）滞在ホテル（住所） ４）Pick up 時間 ５）Pick up point 待ち合わせ場所 ６）乗車人数 ７）荷物の個数
基本的には相手の質問に答えていけばOKですが、電話をかけた時の最初の滑り出しの会話はこちらから話し出さなければなりません。滑り出しの会話と上記7項目を事前に紙に書いて用意しておくことをおすすめします。
「Hello, my name is 〇〇〇〇. Japanese. Confirmation please. 」１）～７）
注意点
１）滞在ホテルが確認できなくて住所を聞かれることがあります。
２）日本語の名前を聞き取れても予約画面表記のローマ字と照合することができないために名前のスペル（つづり）を聞かれることがあります。日本語の名前は長くなる傾向にありますがPC画面上では最初の3～4文字程度で個人の識別が可能になるので最初の数文字はゆっくりと丁寧に発音することが必要です。
３）電話でよくありがちなことですが、何も言わずに無言が続いたり、「アー」「エー」が続いてしまうとアメリカでは電話を切られてしまうことがあります。日本のように相手の状況や気持ちを汲み取って会話を進めてくれるようなことはありません。私の場合はいつも話す内容を準備して強い心を作ってから電話しています。
４）滑り出しの会話で「Japanese」と書きましたが必須ではありません。但し外国人と認識してもらったほうが拙い英語でも忍耐力をもって接してくれるようになると思います。
思い出深い良いご旅行を！

At the meeting point at Honolulu Airport, the staff were wearing green and white aloha shirts and holding up a sign with your name.
But no matter where I looked, I couldn't find it, so I asked other tour companies, but they helped me look for it because VIPs are always here and why they weren't there today, but we couldn't find it.
After that, I finally found the VIP bus and ran over to ask, but the bus driver said he didn't know who the passengers were and ran off.
The other tour company waited for the next bus, and when they talked to the driver, we were finally allowed to get on, so we lost a lot of time.
The pickup on the way back was smooth, but it seems that some of the gates on Hawaiian Airlines are in different buildings.
The staff didn't ask me anything, so I was dropped off at a different gate, and I had to ask again from there and move to the correct gate.
It was a mess. I used it because it was cheap, but it was cheap. I was asked to pay a tip separately, so I gave one, but I didn't feel like paying it.
I won't be using this service again.

The VIPtrans dispatcher bailed us out when our transfer booking through Shuttlefare.com DID NOT ARRIVE. Shuttlefare Help line went to Voicemail? Duh!
But a call to VIPtrans saved the day. A shuttlebus was redirected to pick us up and we made our flight. Thank you VIPtrans you guys ROCK!

The service provided was excellent. They were on time and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to check in and relax prior to departure. Would recommend as good value and ease of booking.
