Booked our ride 2 days out and we were picked up on time. The driver was helpful and friendly. We made it to the airport in plenty of time.

I booked this shuttle on line without any problems and they charged my credit card. On the evening of departure I went down to the front entrance of the hotel to wait one hour before scheduled pickup time. When 20 minutes after booked pickup, there was no evidence of shuttle, the Bell Captain called the company who claimed that I was a no show at the side door of the hotel. The Bell Captain informed me that all of the shuttles came to the front entrance, and during my time waiting I personally saw two other shuttles pickup at the front door. Over the preceding days I had seen this company’s shuttles discharge airline flight crews at the front door. There was nothing in the email correspondence from VIPtrans, and no signage in the hotel to indicate a pickup point other than the front entrance. When I spoke to the Dispatcher she was aggressively rude telling me that pickups at the front entrance were “illegal “and that the company would be in trouble if they picked up there. When I asked her how I,was supposed to know that they were using a different pickup point that even the Bell Staff didn’t know about, she hung up on me. Needless to say I had to take a cab to the airport and they have not refunded my shuttle fare.

Great service, on-time, and courteous drivers. Giving 4 out of 5 stars due to the departure van being a bit dirty inside and smelling a bit like cigarette smoke despite the no smoking signs.

Terrible and unreliable service. Called to book a pickup and was told it was confirmed. 10 mins after pickup time, still no shuttle. Called and they said the driver “had issues” and would call to find someone else to pick me up but it would take 30 mins. They never called me to let me know. Had to cancel and call an uber otherwise I wouldn’t make my flight.

Super friendly driver, only person in the van. Great price for Honolulu. Called to see if they could pick me up a bit earlier and they called back saying they can take me in 15min! That was very appreciated. Thank you!

We booked a shuttle from Waikiki to Honolulu airport at 4.30am,empty shuttle arrived 4.50am and then we picked up another people from eastern end of Waikiki, so pass our hotel again at 5.25-1hour after our pickup time. Lucky we catched the plane, without breakfast and with stress. Poor company!

Found it really difficult to make contact with the provider! Trip advisor utilised Viator who utilised VIP Tours. Neither Trip advisor or Viator have contact available apart from leaving messages - left two for both and never received a reply! No time or details of pickup on the ticket, we only contacted VIP tours via searching through Facebook and they would have tried to collect us for a flight departing 11.10 at 10! Plus marathon on that day so pick up address different!!!
