My 16 year old loved it. There is so much to see in the USS Missouri. What an honor it was for us as a family to pay our respects on the USS Arizona and the other service members. Add this to your itinerary when in Honolulu.

This tour was excellent. Our tour guide, Jeff was informative and personable. We went to the USS Arizona Memorial and the USS Missouri. The Memorial was a somber, reverent experience. The tour of the battleship was fascinating. There is much more to see and do at Pearl Harbor that was not included but gives one a reason to return. I highly recommend this tour.

the Tour guide Tim made this tour so much more Special he was truly amazing the tour was great also i would recommend it to anyone looking at doing it

Twice in the last five years we paid for the USS Arizona Memorial tour and both times when we were at the museum and waiting for the boat trip across the harbor, it was cancelled. The first time it was because the dock was "broken". The 2nd time was because there was lightning in the vicinity (which is just about anywhere on the island). This was not the fault of the tour company, but they were not any help in getting us at least a partial refund. The last time was the last straw. We will not try again. Since the cancellation was by the Park Service, the tour company is not responsible (read the fine print!). Of course the Park Service offered us a voucher good for seven days, but we had to leave to go back to the mainland the next day. Besides, even if we could have returned, the cost for getting back there would have been on us.

From our experience I shall NEVER book with Viator again.
All correct information given when booking on line, booking reference sent and confirmation was received by email. They gave date, time and location of pick up for our Pearl Harbour tour.
The receptionist at our hotel confirmed with them that I required a vehicle that would take my small light weight scooter. Pick up 6.30am.
THEY claim to have sent a text and an email to say pick location had changed but nothing was received by us.
We waited until 8am and from communication later that afternoon we had been marked as a NO SHOW.
It’s extremely difficult to contact Viator and after many attempts with a lot of frustration managed to contact them and rescheduled a trip for the following day.
The Viator web site says it’s best to book as tickets sell out. Not totally true.
If you are prepared to queue for a while you can do it all for free.
You would just need to get to the Pearl Harbour entry . Taxi approx $70 each way from Waikiki beach.
Or book through your hotel concierge, they do it all day. The Pearl Harbour tour group have very informative guides, they also get you easily over to the USS Missouri plus local knowledge on the journey there and back.
Only clear bags allowed, the gift shop sells bags as you enter!! Water fountains near toilet on entry.
I will NEVER book with Viator again. It could have spoilt our holiday as Pearl Harbour was one of the main reason to visit Hawaii.

Very informative as humbling day. Staff was kind and attentive. Our driver Cousin Vili was great. Very knowledgeable and stayed attentive to the needs of the elderly in our group.

We had a really great time on this tour. We appreciated Will as a tour guide and got to know a bit of the history before we got to the first site. The most interesting part of the tour is getting to explore different parts of the Pearl Harbor complex.

I did research about the COVID Vaccination requirement. I asked Google about restrictions in Honolulu. I went to the State Of Hawaii Health. They said Hawaii was open and even invited guests to Hawaii. Is this requirement of proof of the VAC a requirement now? I know my relatives did visit Honolulu, ate at cafes in the city, and stayed in Hoel rooms without any restrictions. I need to know what is true about this requirement or my wife and I will not be able to tour Pearl Harbor with my guests.

I am not a US citizen so hard to comment. In February 2023, there were no restrictions for us, travelling from Switzerland. No restrictions everywhere, not in hotels, restaurants or during the Pearl Harbour Tour.

Do we need proof of COVID vaccination at the time of our tour which is scheduled for June 2022.

No, you do not need proof of vaccination, and the mask requirement has been lifted as well. The only restrictions have to do with bags… absolutely no bags allowed.

with this tour the boat ticket and time is all set - it worked very well. you dont have to wait in that crazy line. You just go to the front when it is your time.
Are the COVIC-19 restrictions any different this year?

Take a tour, don't show up. The walk-in lines were insane, those poor people spent more time in line than it took us to do most of our ticketed tour. Make sure to get a tour with the boat to the memorial and the ship! COVID restrictions had been removed for everything except ALL ride share options, bus tours, UBER, Lift etc.
We have 7 in our group of 9 that are not vaccinated, what are the limitations as far as the tour
