I loved the team here. Their vibes, guidance and friendliness makes them approachable and fun. It was my first time surfing and I probably had the best time!

Vi var en gruppe på 5 jenter som aldri hadde surfet før. Fikk kort og god opplæring på land først og veldig bra oppfølging videre i vannet. Servicen var spektakulær og instruktørene var meget vennlige og hjelpsomme! Vi fikk også veldig mye for pengene iom. at timen vår varte lenger enn det vi hadde trodd.

I want to share my experience with future surfers and travellers that are going to Weligama, Sri Lanka. Good place to start, not overcrowded by tourists, different spots.. BUT the MAIN issue is - to choose the proper surf school! And it is ONE AND ONLY in Weligama - AMA SURFING SCHOOL!!!!
The best high qualified mentors! Fresh equipment! System of education that makes you stand on a board within two days and go to a lineUp within next five!!! They will take you through the educational process from the very beginning till the successful final on your hard-board!!! Btw, school has a sea boats, so they can easily drop you to other amazing different spots! You should definitely try this option either!
And the most important in educational process here in AMA Surfing School - is incredible atmosphere of friendship, kind support and unstoppable fun!!!:):):):):):)
Ama and all Crew, thank you all for such an AMAzing experience!!!

It was a wonderful experience learning surfing. We had a great time at at Ama surf school, it turned out to get on the surf the first time. The whole team is very friendly and experienced. Ama thanks for the support given by you. Ama surf school is one of the best places learn surfing. Highly recommended for surfing ❤
