Please do not book a tour with this company.. after booking with my travel agent and paying up front in Australia for 4 adults I thought it was all organized, my agent gave me all the information about the tour with the time and date along with a voucher to give to driver on the day so all booked I thought. I was told to ring and confirm tour 24 hours before which I did or tried to and so did the resort duty manager but after 6 attempts and leaving numerous messages I had no reply. On the day of tour we took our chances and was out front of resort all ready for a the day costing about $100 Australian per person but waiting 45 min after scheduled tour pick up time we realized they weren’t coming,it was very disappointing and upsetting as it was our last day in Fiji and didn’t have enough time to book another tour .. the phone number they provided doesn’t answer and just goes to a recorded message so my advice is don’t book with Excite Tours . My travel agent is now in the process of trying to get a full refund but the tour would of topped off what was a lovely holiday in Fiji
