There were a nice clean car, welcoming atmosphere, infomation exchange,made the 60 min ride amusing and we got to know more about different cultural bachgrounds. Thumbs up for the company and Navin. I will recommend chinese friends to this transfer in the future and participate in their activities to deep dive in the local surroundings. We had the driver Dev on the way to the hotel, he was great at pointing out landmarks and teaching us about Fiji. Rakesh was lovely on the way back. I highly recommend.

Pick up was ontime, our driver was a bit quite but,other than that all good.

Thanks Shiraz for a smooth, safe & friendly transfer from Shangri La to Nadi airport. Arrived on time, took care to pack our bags - and sort strap in our 3 kids (3 months, 2 years, 4 years). Highly recommend for other families to use

We were 2 families with 3 young kids, our driver Dev picked us up at Shangri-La Hotel to Nadi airport. The vehicle was big enough, modern, very clean, driving was safe, price was reasonable and pre-paid on credit card, so there was literally no worry during the transfer and every operation was smooth.
But the best was, Dev our driver was fantastic. He is a fun guy, friendly, very educated, we couldn’t stop asking him questions on Fijian history, culture, trips, politics and everything. We talked all along the way and that time was so mind nourishing.
The only regret is that, we haven’t met him at the arrival. When we will return to Fiji, we would definitely ask for Dev to guide us along. Thank you so much and hope to see you very soon.

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Transfer was easy to book and on time. My driver Navin was very knowledgeable and gave me a bit of history so it felt like my holiday was extended even though my transfer back to the airport!

Easy pickup and drop off experience. We did not have to worry about waiting or figuring out where to find the driver. Div was a safe and friendly driver.

Our arrival transfer was organised through Trip Advisor, however we were unable to organize a return to airport transfer, and had to go directly through the company. This was no problem however and all email correspondence went very smoothly. We had the option of paying directly online or cash on arrival. We were greeted at the airport by a young man (have forgotten his name) who was very polite and knowledgeable of the area. Car was a small sedan, a tad untidy, but air-conditioned and comfortable. He also went out of his way to stop at a local grocery store for us to purchase some water to take to resort. For our return to airport transfer, we were picked up on time, in a modern air conditioned van, also equipped with a baby seat if needed. Our driver's name was Fazeem who was very well mannered & accommodating to our needs. When we mentioned that we collected number plates from different countries, he went out of his way to take us to a local wreckers and organised the purchase for us, even though we were a little pressed for time. Would highly recommend Epic Transfers for their prompt, reliable service.
