Was an absolute awesome vr experience! Would recommend for newbies to vr like myself :) Forgot the guys name but he is awesome!! Very friendly and cool guy. A must do in Wanaka!!!

Chris was awesome, he knew exactly the games that we would all enjoy as a family. The service was excellent and the VR systems were top of the line. We liked it so much we booked again.

Thanks heaps Chris, Realm is great and a must do if your in Wanaka, we will be back for sure.

You have to try this!

I just loved it! Gave me a rush for 2 hours after. Chris is such a fun host. He makes certain you have an absolute blast. Highly recommend! No gaming skills required.

Did that just happen?

An hour inside this place is such a rush. Group of 4 (including 2 visiting from Brisbane), with ages from early 20's to 50's. Completely changed my thinking that this sort of thing was only for children. One of those moments when you give it a go, and realise it's the most immersive fun you've had in years. So much fun seeing the 'what the hell just happened' looks on everyones faces when they took the VR headsets off. An absolute must. Massive thanks to Chris and the team.

It was all so much fun! Played fun coop games and pvp games that were so much fun. Special shout out to our host for being able to choose games that we would enjoy and just for being a great dude

Great fun

This was the 2nd visit to Realm VR and their was a new set of equipment available. On both visits my son and I got a ten hour ticket and had a lot of fun over a couple of days. Good range of games available, and while there's the odd technical glitch, there were no show stoppers. Plenty of help and advice available from the team on what to play and how to get through.
In these covid times we saw the gear was getting cleaned before each new player.
Looking forward to the next visit when Chris get's his 360 degree simulator installed.

"Please check Alberts(Estall492) other reviews on Tripadvisor before believing this review that is totally contradictory to all our others." Hi Albert, I'm not sure what you were trying to achieve on your holiday but to give EVERYWHERE you visited a 1 star review is really damaging to local business. I love my business and take a lot of time and effort to make it the best experience possible. If it wasn't your thing then maybe let me know what I could do better. I am always happy to hear feedback. Leaving a 1 star review is very unfair especially as the only two people who could have taken care of you when you came were myself and the other owner who happen to be some of the most knowledgeable people in NZ about VR at the moment.

Hidden gem. Ski mad kids said it was better than a bluebird day at Cardrona. Staff were really nice and helpful. Will be great skiing without the kids in future as well.
