Best thing we did in sri lanka! Sam and Dila were very friendly and helpful! Dila took us on the hike and was very knowledgeable on the surrounding fauna and wildlife. Had we attempted this on our own we would have missed out finding an up close look at a waterfall...

We were 3 girls who took the sunrise hike with Dila, who were our guide. He did a great job, explaining bushes and trees along the way, finding a great path and taking photos of us at the top. We also got to see a waterfall. Very nice.
We enjoyed the trip and can recommend during the sunrise hike, because of an excellent view.
The hike is "level medium" and took us around 4 hours. Perfect for a morning trip.

We had a great experience hiking to Ella Rock with our tour guide, Jeewa. He was fantastic at explaining everything along the way, making the hike both informative and enjoyable. The trail was beautiful, and Jeewa’s knowledge and friendly attitude made the journey even better. Highly recommend this hike with him!

We had a wonderful morning on the sunrise hike with our tour guide Sam. The hike is moderately difficult and fairly steep in parts with various trails leading off, which would make it easy to get lost! May partner and I are both experienced hikers, but enjoy doing local tours when in a new area as there's always so much to learn. Sam knew the trail extremely well, and was really knowledgeable about the area, teaching us lots on the way up. Another couple was trying to do the walk without a guide, and we had to help them multiple times when they weren't sure which way to go. Would definitely recommend doing this one with a guide if you want to do Ella Rock at sunrise. It made the whole experience relaxed, educational and fun. And the sunrise at the top was of course a highlight of our trip! Thanks for such a wonderful morning Sam.

We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the Ella Rock walking trail by our guide. Our tour guide was AMAZING!! He shared so much local knowledge and gave us information as we walked through the tea plantations, vegetable crops, and hiked the trail. We even got to see the Sri Lankan Jungle fowl. I think we would have gotten lost or possibly injured if he wasn't with us. Definitely worth doing!

The trip was just amazing. I was going with the guide nasa. He was a really cool and friendly guy. He tells me a lot about the nature and everything. I enjoyed the whole trip. Had a amazing view too. The morning couldn’t have been better. Thank you nasa :)

We booked on for the Ella Rock Sunrise hike through Get Your Guide. After such a fantastic morning with Sunna, our guide, and some amazing views, we decided on the way back to the hotel that we’d book on for a full day excursion the next day!
We went back and did the Nil Diya Pokuna waterfall and Diyaluma Falls and was so happy to see Sunna was back with us! Absolutely top guy. Went above and beyond to answer any questions and take some great pictures along the way. Couldn’t rate this company higher. One of our favourite days on our honeymoon. Thank you!!!
