Spent the morning doing a multi pitch climb with Dave. Great communication from the start, really great hospitality and easy going. Just an all round great experience.

I had a great experience with Dave. It was a last minute call but he was able to make time. We climed at Legoland and as a beginner he was patient and gave clear instructions on how and what to do. We both climed 3 routes for several hours. Highly recommended, it was great fun! Thanks again!

Half a day rock climbing with David, planned just the evening before, he brought tea and everything that was needed, and just the right amount of encouragement to make you challenge yourself! And the view is absolutely amazing! Thanks again Dave it was great!

We had a half day sports climbing session with Dave. He brought us to Montagu Legoland, and let us try 4 different routes of ranging difficulties.
It truly is apparent how much Dave cares for safety but without being too heavy or compromising the enjoyment. All the explanations given were very clear, and Dave's patience and advice while you're on the wall really boost your confidence. He pushed me just enough over my limits to expand them without making me feel overwhelmed.
Amazing experience, really left me wanting more.

Dave took me and my son on a day trip climbing in beautiful Montague. All equipment and black rooibos tea was supplied for a memorable day of rock climbing. Dave is extremely patient and professional and can literally be trusted with your life

After seeing his much older cousin climbing with Dave last week my 7 year old could not wait to get up a mountain. Dave was so patient and explained everything from start to finish. His gentle encouragement gave my son the experience of a lifetime. We cannot wait to go again. A must do for anyone visiting Montagu.

What a fabulous afternoon rock climbing with Dave! Our kids - age 9 and 11- have done some indoor climbing but were keen to climb some rock. Dave was very organised, really good at explaining everything and giving the right amount of stretch and support. The kids and my husband climbed a few different pitches and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Dave took my wife and I out for a half day and it was awesome. Really professional, super friendly, and safe. I haven't been climbing for years so was a bit rusty and my wife was a beginner, but Dave managed to get us both feeling challenged and with lots of encouragement we managed to both do some great climbs. Uplifting and enjoyable way to spend some of our trip. Would highly recommend and book direct with Dave/Route 62.

had a great experience. Dave the instructor was friendly and put safety first without
minimising the fun. We felt very safe and encouraged to climb routes we would never have considered. He showed us different Belay devices and presented their pros, cons, and history. Highly recommend it and will go again!
