Our guide and driver were both awesome. They took us to local places as requested and made sure we had the absolute best experience from the food to the shopping. We later talked with others from our ship who had taken big tours and they were all disappointed with their excursions while we loved ours. We felt safe and in good hands the entire time. We cannot say enough great things about our experience. We will highly recommend this excursion to all looking for the best trip and experience in Saigon and HCM !

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tap and driver met us at Phu My Port and provided an excellent tour for us to Ho Chi Minh City. The car was a new minivan and was very comfortable. Our driver was very talented and expertly drove us around all day. Mr. Tap had so much knowledge to share and made our experience one that we will cherish for many years. I highly recommend Maximus Travel Vietnam and their wonderful guide and driver!

Wonderful tour with our guide Bao. Saw all the important sites in Ho Chi Minh City, got a delicious coffee and lunch! Highly recommend.

An amazing experience with Dorothy, she took us to each of the interesting places in Saigon, explained us the Vietnamese culture, took us to eat at a typical place and drink coffee. All delicious. I highly recommend taking the tour with Dorothy and her partner. He made the stops we wanted and at our own pace. And the best part is that he picked us up at the cruise port.

Mr Bao was awesome! He was very accommodating and let us make a few changes along the way. He treated us great and was well organized.

Evelyn, our tour guide was outstanding! She was waiting for us as we disembarked and asked us what we would like to do. Having never been to Ho Chi Minh City, we went with the default schedule. Traffic was heavy heading into the city but we were still able to visit the Post Office, Chinatown and the Chinatown market where we purchased giant cashews at a great price. We also went to a temple which was spectacular and the war memorial museum which emphasized many of the horrible experiences the people endured during the war. The highlight of the day was when we went to a local restaurant with Evelyn and had a typical Vietnamese lunch that was delicious! During our time together, we felt that we really got to know Evelyn and a native’s appreciation of her country.

Our guide Bruno spoke excellent English. He met us at the dock with the driver. We asked several questions about Vietnam on our long drive into Saigon which he answered. He took us to several sites and lunch.
