We used Dimitri from 310 Travel whilst on holiday in Santorini in June. The service was beyond excellent! Dimitri was so kind, always early for arrivals, extremely responsive via WhatsApp when we wanted to book a ride, and even gave us tips on where to go and helped translate on occasion. If we go back, we’ll definitely use Dimitri and 310 Travel again!

Our hotel helped arranged for a transport to pick us from Karterados and send us back to Thira port where we were boarding our Ferry to return back to Athens - while at the hotel counter, we agreed and confirmed on the price with the Hotel reception prior to making any bookings.
The bus not only was late for our pick up, but we also had to lug our luggage out to the main road ourselves as the driver mentioned that the road was "too narrow" - this even after seeing countless vehicles pass though without any difficulties.
While on our way to Thira Port, we were caught in the usual heavy traffic along the zig zag road of Epar.Od. Ormou Athiniou - the driver told us that we should disembark from the vehicle and make our way on foot about 1.5 kilometers down ourselves in order to make it in time to board our Ferry.
I told the driver that we still had ample time, and we would just carry on the journey within the comfort of the vehicle, this was when the driver became rude and told us to get out and demanded that we paid him €20 more than what was agreed on.
Total daylight robbery and an unpleasant experience to end our holiday experience in Santorini.

When we were checking out from our hotel, we requested for the front desk to help make arrangements for a taxi service to pick us up from the hotel at 1300hrs to head to Athinios Port to catch our 1440hrs ferry - we specifically made arrangements and plans to make our way to the port earlier given the usual traffic conditions along Epar.Od. Ormou Athiniou. The driver was late for the pick up and only arrived at 1315hrs.
It was established that the hotel we stayed at had sought the services of 310 Travel (see: https://www.tripadvisor.com/AttractionProductReview-g482941-d17807946-Transfer_Tours-Oia_Santorini_Cyclades_South_Aegean.html) for our transfer trip to the Port. Before we left the hotel, the front desk quoted us 25 euros for the trip to the Port, nothing more nothing less.
While on the way to the Port, we met with usual traffic along Epar.Od. Ormou Athiniou. The driver told us that the traffic will not move for another 45 minutes and informed us to proceed to the Port by ourselves, on foot or risk missing our ferry. Mind you that it was a 1.4km walk down a busy road with buses and other vehicles passing just inches from us.
We waited out a little as traffic conditions were not moving, we were eventually made to walk to the ferry terminal by foot and had to pay 30 Euros (5 Euros more that what we were quoted) for a service which was not completed - we felt like we were scammed but we just paid the incompetent driver so that we can rush for our ferry.
Honestly after being scammed by the taxi transfer service company recommended by the hotel, we felt that our trip was ruined and left a bad taste to our Santorini experience.

Obviously you see things only from one side.
You should be aware that the first phone call from the hotel to the company 310 travel was made at 13:05.
Apparently the company that worked with the hotel never showed up and then we got the call.
The 25 euros was the hotel's agreement with its partner and not with 310 travel company.
Our charging policy is different than the hotel’s. The hotel does not set our own transfer rate.
Your briefing regarding the heavy traffic on the port should have been made by the hotel and not by the driver.
The driver was honest to you as far as referring to traffic on the port and he just did not want you to miss the ferry. Furthermore the distance on the road that you had to walk was 400 meters and not 1400.
Customer’s behavior towards the driver was inappropriate. Judging on the above the one star rate should be given to the hotel and its partners that never showed up.
The conclusion is yours to make.
