The hotel is great, the seaside right next to it allows you to swim right out of the accommodation. The meals are varied and there are new specialties every day.
But for excursions, no effort is made by reception, no information to compensate for the lack of excursions: train? bus ? taxi? no excursions in addition to those of Luxair which were not at all provided by the guide, guide? she was only present on the first day to provide support when getting off the plane and in the evening of the same day to “propose” excursions which never took place.
Fortunately it is easy to take the train, by managing to find the station, the trains are numerous for Lecce, Monopoli, Bari, and not expensive

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the hotel, the proximity to the seaside, and the variety of meals with daily new specialties. It’s great that you made the most of these aspects during your trip!
However, we’re sorry to learn about your disappointment with the lack of support for excursions. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive limited guidance from the reception and the guide, especially with no alternatives provided when excursions didn’t take place. Your resourcefulness in navigating the train system is commendable, and we’re glad you were able to explore Lecce, Monopoli, and Bari on your own.
