We're sincerely sorry for the driving experience, our drivers are usually very professional, as they undergo a training period, before the official service. Concerning the last note you left, unfortunately, that was a decision we had been obliged to make since means of transportation like tour buses are no more allowed to enter directly to the city of Florence. In order to guarantee the departure from Florence, we had to choose Villa Costanza as our meeting point, which we had hoped could be still practical for travellers (easily reachable with public means of transportation and with a parking lot for those who may have their own car).
