      Total disappointment

      According to another flight review in the same area of Cerdanya. Total disappointment. I had already flown with another company in Empordá and it was fantastic. I wanted to fly in the Cerdanya but I chose a bad day, November 11, 2023. He admitted that a car had broken down and they arrived overwhelmed. The balloon did not move from the airfield area while several more balloons from other companies moved in various directions throughout the valley. Reason ?. I don’t know but the impression I got was that he didn’t feel like it so he could get back to the Igualada base as soon as possible. A disappointment. And the reserves also a disaster. They tell you they book your day and then they don't warn you. When you call, they tell you it's complete. I will not fly with this company anymore and I do not recommend it.

      Tolles Erlebnis, aber nicht nochmal mit diesem Veranstalter
      Eines vorweg: Die Ballonfahrt an sich war klasse! Gut organisiert und es ist spitze, dass die Firma auch Fahrten für Rollstuhlfahrer anbietet. Dennoch fühlen wir uns von camins de vent aus folgendem Grund abgezockt: ursprünglich haben wir eine Fahrt zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester gebucht. In dieser Zeit gibt es einen Holiday-Aufschlag und deshalb kostet die Fahrt 330 € pro Person. Aufgrund Covid-19 mussten wir unseren Urlaub in Spanien canceln. Um der Firma in dieser harten Zeit etwas Gutes zu tun, haben wir die Fahrt nicht komplett gecancelt, sondern wollten nur eine Gutschein über die Anzahlung. Gebucht haben wir dann für September unter der Woche, wenn die Fahrt pro Person 270 € kostet. Nach (!) der Fahrt wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir 330 € pro Person bezahlen müssen. Uns wurde also der Holiday-Aufpreis weiterhin berechnet, obwohl wir nicht in dieser Zeit gefahren sind! Sprich: Hätten wir damals komplett gecancelt und alles neu gebucht, hätten wir 60 € pro Person (!) gespart! Kundenservice sieht definitiv anders aus!! Fazit: Ballonfahren wollen wir definitiv wieder, aber NICHT mehr mit camins de vent!

      Hallo, Sie haben einen vertraglich vereinbarten Flug an Wochenenden oder Feiertagen. Der Preis beträgt 330 Euro pro Person und Sie haben einen Flug an einem Feiertag gebucht Ich finde den Flug fantastisch, es tut uns leid, dass Sie nicht zufrieden sind. Grüße

      Gran experiencia tanto por la calidad humana del piloto como del personal de apoyo. Viaje muy tranquilo, placentero y espectaculares vistas.
      Al elegir el vuelo exclusivo aproveché para pedirle matrimonio a mi pareja. en el que todos los miembros del equipo se volcaron para hacer de esta experiencia una experiencia inolvidable.
      PD: Mi pareja dijo que si!! :P

      Not only the flight was a great experience but also the team that organized everything were very nice and fun too.

      I would totally recoment it to anyone that is thinking of doing it. As a team we had a lot of fun.
