Ci dispiace sapere che la nostra tariffa non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Offriamo un servizio premium con auto di alta classe, autisti professionisti e massima puntualità, caratteristiche che differenziano un transfer privato da altre opzioni più economiche.
Se sta cercando alternative più convenienti, esistono mezzi pubblici come autobus e treni, taxi tradizionali o servizi di car sharing. Tuttavia, questi non garantiscono il comfort, la riservatezza e l’affidabilità di un transfer privato.

Bought a return shuttle bus from ciampino to toma termini but they just cancelled the return ticket with no notification. I tried whatsapping them and calling them but no answer. Had to use another service at very last minute which was very stressful. Do not use them.

The company did not pick my 81 year old mother up with a sign and on time as requested at airport in Rome and as advertised on their description. I had confirmed 2 days before and allowed time for her to clear customs. I requested 10:30am pickup and though she was early she waited until 10:30 and no one arrived. She had to call the company and someone was dispatched and arrived 20 minutes later.

All the transportation to various locations was done by very professional drivers, who were quite courtesy and helpful with all of our trips in Italy. All of the vehicles were top notch and extremely clean. We would definitely use Viator for any transportation or tours in our future trips.

Used this company for rides from FCO to the city, and then from the city back to FCO. The way in was great, I booked well in advance, they confirmed well in advance, and the driver was waiting for us when we got there.
On the way home, I booked 3 days in advance, never got confirmation, so I called them the night before to confirm pick up time. They texted me back, but had to ask for my pick up time, so they didn't have it. They then confirmed 9:30am pick up. The next morning they texted me at 9 that the driver was running late. Our 9:30 pick up time became 9:55, which worried me since we were catching a flight. Told the driver that we were flying United back to the US, and he dropped us off curb side b/w T1 and T3 with no further direction. We guessed and walked to T1, but then learned we had to be at T3 - more wasted time. Overall not the best experience on the way back.

Our driver was kind, prompt and ready to help us. He got us right to our hotel with a great ride. The car was clean and excellent experience.

We had an almost trouble-free experience with the transfers to and from Rome to Civitavecchia port.
First of all, credit to the taxi driver who had to wait 90 minutes for our delayed flight from Edinburgh. He was very understanding and friendly.
There was no problem with the transfer two days later from Rome to Civitavecchia. Taxi arrived on time and got us to our destination with time to spare.
The only hitch was the final transfer back to Fiumincino Airport. With less than 24 hours' notice, we were advised that our transfer was changed to a much later pickup time. This meant that we had a long wait outside the harbour terminal as all outgoing passengers had to vacate the premises. There was only limited outdoor seating. Luckily, the weather was decent as I would not have relished a 90 minute wait in the rain.
However, overall, not a huge problem with the transfers

Our driver communicated with us prior to departure to confirm our flight and was waiting for us when we landed . Newer model, clean Mercedes’ van for just us was nice after a 10 hour flight . Made good time to our hotel and helped out with the luggage . Overall much appreciated the communication and smooth ride.
