We booked with mytransfers from Rome Fiumicino Airport to Hotel downtown but the plane had a delay of 2.5 hours, so we sent an email to inform. The answer was to let the driver know when we arrived and they gave us a phone. Upon arrival at the airport it was impossible to communicate, as they did not pick up the phone. In the end after a long wait (it was 23:00 h) they answered from the company saying that the driver only waited 45 minutes, so we had to take another taxi. Very bad service, when we could have been told from the beginning when there was still time, that that service would not be given to us.

THEY TRICK YOU WITH THE IMAGE OF A MERCEDES BENZ AND THEN THEY PICK YOU UP IN A RENAULT VAN. They do not inform you of the vehicle model on the website, they only put a photo of a Mercedes so that you believe you have hired it.

The flight was slightly delayed and driver didn't show up, marking us as a no show even though he was supposed to track flight. Family with young children left at airport .
Refund refused.
Useless company that act like thieves.
Better to use local taxis which are reliable and much cheaper.

They dropped us off at the airport. We went with 6 children. We had to look for a life and found an option right there, flexible and cheaper.
The flight was delayed and then the suitcases took a while to leave. Less than 1 hour passed (they say it was 3') and the driver warned that the time had passed. He didn't tell us ten minutes before or anything. When he considered it, he sent WhatsApp to say he was leaving.
The worst thing was that they did not offer help or assistance to find an alternative. They didn't care about us. They limited themselves to answering “time has passed.”
I do not recommend it.

TERRIBLE, THEY NEVER REQUEST IT. When booking, they tell you to enter your flight to track it. I arrived with 3 people who were almost 70 years old in the early morning with a delayed flight and they didn't come for us, I spoke to the driver and he never answered, they didn't want to give me a refund, basically they didn't come for me, and they didn't care. The flight had a delay notice 6 hours before taking off and they say it was last minute. The worst anguish of my vacation and frustration. I showed them with their policies that I was right and their answers are NO.

We booked a car from Fuimicino to Trestevere however the driver was waiting at terminal 1 and not terminal 3 as requested. So it cost me $5 AUD to phone the office. The driver was nice and apologetic. The car we booked from Trestevere to Ciampiano airport was a taxi without air conditioning and it was hot. It would have been cheaper to just get a taxi 31 euro instead of 60 euro.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY . .......
We were left stranded at Rome Airport after a very long flight from Australia.
The driver wasn't not there in arrival area with our name ...4 of us waiting and checking every drivers signs .....just took the money and didn't turn up very easy money for him ...said he rang my phone but funny I had NO MISSED CALLS
A very disappointing start to our holiday don't be like us ....DONT BOOK WITH THEM

I wish I would have read the reviews of this company before I booked. They were absolutely useless on our recent trip to Rome. They left our family stranded at the Rome airport. We ended up missing our train and having to hire a taxi for our transportation. Please take special notice that they only wait for you for 1 hour after your plane arrives. Not a second longer. If you’re stuck in passport control or with a luggage problem… oh well… they will leave. DO NOT USE! AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR ANY AIRPORT TRANSFERS!

Driver was a no-show at airport. Called the driver's phone number provided in Viator message and nobody picked up. Called "My Transfers" and was told the reservation was cancelled and to call Viator. No explanation for the cancellation was given. Reservation was not cancelled in/by Viator.
