Pick up was on time and drove us to our hotel in tight Rome roads. He told us some of the historic sites along the way which was fascinating. He was very kind and got us all there safely. I recommend them and will use them again.

We used their service in 2024 & rebooked in 2025. Matteo is the owner, great conversationalist! He offers more than a car service. Ask him and he will point you in the right direction.

A massive thumb up 👍 experience to Fiumicino airport.
Whoever designed the setup from the train platform to access the terminal is a genius, it couldn't have been easier to navigate and reach the heart of the airport from the end of our train journey from Florence.
The airport is bright, spacious and neat, I'm so impressed that it's definitely my best airport experience ever !

Everything about this private car transfer went smoothly. From the booking, to the communication before traveling to Italy, to the airport pickup at arrivals at terminal 1 at FCO, and the drive to our hotel. Highly recommend!

When you can get from the Rome airport to your hotel door step at the Spanish steps with no problems and quickly, consider it a great deal. The plane was almost 2 hours late arriving and they were waiting for us with sign and an English speaking driver who was the best. Always remember that the cheapest is not always the way to go. After a 12 hour flight you want comfort and problem free time and they delivered with 5 star service. Not many companies will ask 2 days before your arrival how many bags you will have so they can have the correct car size. Talk about problem free before the trip even began.

Mia limo was booked originally thru viator then I booked him personally for trip to port from Rome then port to airport. We had list luggage and was an hour late for pickup but he was patient and waited for us. We missed our first connection and arrived the next day and he graciously rebooked us . Excellent and professional service . Do not hesitate to use this company .

We used Mia Limo to pick us up from FCO airport and transport us to our hotel in central Rome. We are VERY happy with the service! The driver was waiting right outside the luggage claim area with a sign that had our name on it so he was easy to spot. He took our biggest bag and led us out of the airport to the car which was a spotlessly clean Mercedes. I should note that as we left the airport, we walked past a HUGE line of people waiting to get a taxi! Sure, it costs a bit more to ride with Mia Limo but we were in our hotel unpacking probably before we would have even gotten through the taxi line at the airport. Our driver was very cordial and chatted with us as we drove to Rome. It was very relaxing and very welcome to get to our hotel so quickly after a 12 hour flight! Upon returning to Rome 5 weeks later, we contacted Mia Limo again to pick us up at the train station to take us to our hotel near the airport. On this trip, we were met by Matteo, the owner of Mia Limo. Such a kind and gracious young man! Once again, it was a flawless pickup and a smooth transition to our hotel in MUCH less time than it would have taken to negotiate other transportation. I am totally sold on limousine transportation and especially Mia Limo. We will certainly be contacting Mia Limo again when we return to Roma.

This is a beautiful airport and the facilities there are very modern and the people who work there are extremely helpful and friendly.
There are a lot of duty free shops to pick from.
I only wish they had a shop for one of the city's two large soccer clubs I wanted to purchase a jersey for the Roma Club and was misled to think they had a shop at the airport in duty free however they do not.
Everything else was very nice !

Mia Limo made our trip to Rome worry free with seamless transfers. The drivers were very professional and very engaging, offering information on Rome sights and children music for our toddlers. The vans and cars were very clean. Matteo was very communicative and responded quickly with any questions and last minute changes.

Your company sounds wonderful. Only my husband and I will travel from the airport to Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo. Still, my husband has severe arthritis and cannot bend his neck so he cannot get into anything smaller than an SUV or van. Can we request this type of vehicle that will meet us?

Yes. They are very responsive to emails and they do have vans available for an additional amount (still reasonable!).
