Paid for the transfers with TripAdvisor. They never arrived either end. Had to pay from our spending money for the taxis and was just reimbursed they money we paid and not the transfer money paid to TripAdvisor

Roberto turned up early (even at 3am arrival time). Was very polite and a great driver. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a transfer.

Worst transfer service ever. Prepaid for Rome airport pickup and they never showed up - blamed us for not arriving at the airport because our flight was delayed. This is even though they had all of our flight information and could track our arrival. They took our money and would not issue a refund. Had to pay for another car service. DO NOT USE!

This is a total SCAM. They know you are coming from another country and say they will wait 45 min - but it takes at least 45 min to get through passport control and get your baggage. This company left me and my 2 kids high and dry saying they would only wait 45 min is crap. THIS SYSTEM IS A COMPLETE SCAM do not book a Taxi with BOOKING.COM or with this company.

Max collected us from CIA and dropped us to Rome city centre. When we got to the accomodation we had trouble accessing the building (Air B&B). The instructions on the email weren't clear. Max stayed with us for 30 mins after we got there to ensure we gained entry. He called the host for us and showed us how to access. If it wasn't for him we may still be standing there trying to get it 😂 he went above and beyond what was expected of him.
Would definitely recommend this company. They were on time for the collection and drop off and the cars were spotless. Thanks again Max.
