Alex was a fantastic driver, met us at the area and was very patient with the delays in getting our luggage. He was also so informative in sights to see while we are here in Rome.

Salvador was so kind. He wait for us in the pick up address at the time we scheduled, and help us with our bags. The ride was very pleasant. I’m highly recommend.

We booked a private transfer from Rome Fiumicino airport to our hotel in Rome city center and return last week, since the first call we realised how professional and willing the personnell is. Alessio, the guy who organises the services was so meticulous and helpful, Salvatore, the driver, was really precious, he also helped us helped us with our huge bags, the minivan was new and comfortable, so I must say that both services were perfect!

Everything was wonderful, but Salvatore our guide and who was the person that took us all around by car was the best. He make this experience unforgettable.our guides in each city were special and Antonella, Cristina y Carmen very good guides

Words cannot express how excellent Best Rome Driver was for my family and I. We have an annual vacation that due to COVID was 2 years in the making so this was a very big deal for us. We, and when I say we I mean 14 people, 11 adults, 1 - 16 year old, 1 - 9 year old and 1 rambunctious 4 year old, decided to take a Greek Isles cruise but also given we hadn't had a vacation in so long add some days in Italy before the cruise. I found Best Rome Driver and booking them was one of the best decisions I made.
From my emails with Alessio who became my partner in coordinating all of the travels, we needed 2 vans for multiple stops across multiple days. He answered all of my emails and texts once I got to Italy and coordinated everything including the last minute car seat. We had a transfer from the airport to the hotel, hotel to the port on another day and port to the airport at the end of the trip and everything ran smoothly which says a lot when you are corralling 14 people with luggage to boot. COVID precautions were taken, the vans were immaculate and they even gave us a mini tour as we drove to the hotel and let us sleep when we drove back to the airport lol
Alessio, Fabrizio, Claudio, Giuliano, Valerio and Pino, you all were amazing. Thank you so much for helping make our first trip during this pandemic an amazing one. Grazie mille!!

This was my 10th time using Best Rome Driver. ALWAYS exceptional service. Alex, Fabrizii, Guilianno. I refer them to everyone I know traveling through Rome. They meet you with a smile, name on transport card, English speaking, haul your luggage, wine boxes:) and always appreciate your business. Their communication through text and/or WhatApp is exceptional. Our family has used them so many times we are starting to have repeat drivers. It feels good to see familiar faces and says A LOT about a company that is able to retain wonderful team members. Thank You!! for the exceptional repeat service over the last 7 years.
