Fantastic paddling in Hvar

One of the best kayaking trips we’ve ever taken! We visited Hvar for one day on our windstar cruise and had a great day on the water with our guide Rino. Meeting location was an easy walk from the port and Rino was ready and waiting to take us on our adventure. We stopped at an adorable little sandy beach and inlet well as Mlini Beach. Rino was very capable, knowledgeable and experienced. Despite a decent amount of water traffic with larger boats we felt safe and confident on the water. Our family had an awesome time. Highly recommend!

Fun kayaking activity

Awesome trip. Our guide Reno was the best. Super patient and gave a lovely history of Hvar and talked about the culture. Didn’t get in patient with us at all. Recommend this trip and the guide.

Stunning tour of the islands with a fun guide

Marco was a great guide. It was fun to be in someone else’s safe hands and to be taken to some absolutely stunning spots, beaches, bars, restaurants, snorkelling without having to do any planning. And we felt pretty proud of ourselves for all the kayaking. Marco even helped us spot a baby octopus and we had interesting chats about life, tourism, politics.

Fun kayaking and worthwhile

Very enjoyable day kayaking across the bay to a beach with stop for lunch. The guide was knowledgeable and flexible. The company was responsive suggesting we go a day later to avoid the winds. Everything went smoothly

Fun, interesting and chill day

We had a fantastic tour provided by Marko. He told us interesting facts about the islands in and around Hvar, whilst also being fun and able to guide us on our lack of kayaking ability. His calm and cool tone allowed us to have a relaxing and enjoyable day. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an active and interesting day out- we were not experienced kayakers so were a little tired after it, but so worth it!

Delusione

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo prenotato il tour guidato alle isole paklenj da 4 ore spinti dalle buone recensioni. Purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi. Sfortuna vuole (forse) che fossimo con un gruppo di 20 persone. Non ci è stato spiegato niente, abbiamo fatto una singola tappa in una spiaggia dove siamo rimasti 2 ore con la necessità ovvia di acquistare nel bar costosissimo. L’unica cosa inclusa erano i cuscini a bordo spiaggia sotto il sole. Il tutto al prezzo di 60 euro ( a questo punto conviene noleggiare da soli l’attrezzatura per il
Kayak, il prezzo non vale assolutamente)

We are really sorry to hear that you were disappointed with a tour. This is the first time someone has written us some review with a disappointment. First of all, we understand that you expected more attention, but we can't pay so much attention to each customer when we have a group of 20 people - even if we lead such groups with 2 or more guides. However, you did not say anything about that during the tour. Secondly, it is quite rare that we have kayak tours with 20 people and usually we guide 2-6 people. For this reason, you were made aware of this when you made your reservation and you agreed to join this group of about 20 people despite that (you booked the tour at the last moment anyway). We were able to put you in a smaller group the next day. On the day you went for a tour it was a very busy day for us as two cruise ships arrived in Hvar. Third, it is not true that Tri Grede restaurant is very expensive compared to other places in Hvar. I know that recent inflation has driven up prices and Hvar in general is quite expensive, but there is not much we can do about it (you will have to holiday elsewhere if you think Hvar is too expensive for you). Again, we are sorry for your disappointment, but based on the above, I do not think we are entirely to blame. However, next time it would be good if you communicate with us before concluding that a trip was disappointing and we can always see how we can make it better (of course as much as we can).

A fun way to spend an afternoon in HVAR.

We have just come back
From a wonderful afternoon with Marco on Kayaks. He guided us across to Pakleni Island where we had lunch and went snorkelling. Marco was extremely friendly and helpful.

Incredible experience

Wonderful day kayaking, our instructor Reno was incredible very kind thoughtful guy with lots of experience. We had a memorable time rowing through clear beautiful waters, to secret beaches and a delicious relaxed restaurant. It was a highlight of our holiday!
