Wonderfully informative and we booked it last minute. Carlo was a great tour guide! We visited Lucca and Pisa. The website was easy to use too!

We met Val at the port of Livorno for a tour of Pisa and Lucca. He was so much more than just a driver....he was an excellent tour guide. He gave us options as to where we wanted to go and we left it totally up to him and he did not disappoint. After a stop at the Leaning Tower...we headed off to Lucca..learning so much from his commentary along the drive. He gave us great directions on walking around Lucca and suggested a wonderful outside cafe for lunch, where we encouraged him to join us. On the way back to the ship, we stopped at a fabulous winery for a tasting. The wine was so good that we ended up having a case shipped home. During our ride, we mentioned that we were taking his company the next day for a Cinque Terre tour....and he worked it out so he could meet us the next morning. Not only did he give us a great tour of the different areas....he even hiked the mountains with us...showing us all of the perfect scenic views. I would highly recommend Val if your travels take you to the Tuscany region....he well exceeded our expectations! To top this off....Val is just a great person to be around.
