00漂亮背景
早上去的，整个沙滩都是我的，哈哈，拍出来的照片很漂亮 建议工作人员做一点简单的培训就好了 还有虽然我最后不回去酒店，如果可以把我送去别的地方就更好了，而不是直接送我到坐船的地方，哈哈 不过我看了别人的点评说马儿被什么东西刺激到了，…

00High expectation and disappointed
快艇船很小。所以一路非常颠簸。船员们很友好，他们提供了3种饮料，水果和泰国食物的午餐。我们总共进行了3次浮潜。但是珊瑚都是死的，没有什么颜色。我看到了很多色彩鲜艳的鱼。但是去皮皮岛就可以看到。不值得跑那么远。

工作人员非常好，浮潜也不错。 带了小孩子一起，船员照顾的很好。 只是有点晕船，早上记得少吃点，容易晕船的坐在船头好一点。

I booked the Sun Smile speed boat via Phuket Ferry's website to go from Koh Yao Nai (Laem Siew Pier) to Bang Rong Pier in Phuket and given the dearth of reviews was not sure how it would go.
The booking process was transparent and I was able to reach them easily via What's app to make sure there was a company actually there. I instantly received a confirmation with bar code and clear instructions on the boat transfer.
The boat was at the pier when I got there. The staff were nice and efficient in getting my luggage loaded. We ended up leaving 20 minutes ahead of schedule because all the booked passengers had arrived and thus reached our destination 15 min early.
We made one stop along the way and picked up a large number of additional passengers in addition to the original 5, so the boat was completely full for the remainder of the journey. While this felt a bit like taking the local bus, for the $12 price tag, it was a very good deal. Note that the hotels will gladly charge you $180 for the same trip from their hotel beach in a private or semiprivate boat. Since it is so easy and cheap to get to the piers on Koh Yao Noi via tuk tuk (100 - 200 baht), I would recommend this option if you want to save some money.

Komplett überfülltes Speedboot, Leute mussten stehen während der Fahrt und alles ist total unkoordiniert.. da kann man lieber entspannt mit der Fähre fahren und brauch etwas länger..

Thanks for your review. We had many guest on that day but the amount of travellers were still in the allowed max. passenger range. But we understand your concern, and will carefully plan for next transfers during peak time.
