- vivienng11100迟到, 迟大到我们预约了3程车. 第一程由布里斯本机场去黄金海岸饭店; 第二程由布里斯本饭店去Holt Street Wharf; 第三程由Holt Street Wharf回布里斯本饭店. 第一程车是OK的, 在预订时间, 便有车接到黄金海岸 第二程车, 预约时间是8:10, 车迟到了15分钟, 还可以接受吧 第三程车, 比预约时间迟了35分钟, 是35分钟, 那天晚上坐船回到Holt Street Wharf码头, 天气冻了很多, 在码头内其他人已经走了, 只余我们两人, 单子上注明如果迟了15分钟不见车, 可以致电热线, 第一次致电, 没人接, 第二次, 有人接, 但要你听音乐等候, 等了接近5分钟吧, 我们是用长途打电话的, 天呀, 不用钱吗? 最可怕是接近5分钟都没有再接电话, 其实, 公司打电话给司机, 问位置, 再回客人, 要等那么久吗? 待我们再次打给热线, 仍然是等. 等什么呢? 最后, 足足迟了35分钟才到码头接我们, 我在码头食风食了35分钟, 我非常不满意

I reserved this transfer for 12:00 noon. I had been up for about 40 hours traveling at this point, but I was at the meeting place as directed on my information provided by the vendor about 30 minutes early or so. I called the vendor and told them at 11:40 a.m. that I was early, but that I was there waiting. At no time did they tell me during that phone call that the reservation pick-up time had been changed to 11:00 a.m., unbeknownst to me!!! I mean who does that??? Very long complicated and convoluted story after that. Suffice it to say that I finally got picked up with the right driver about 1 hour after my original pick-up time and 2 hours after the time they rescheduled my transfer for at 11:00 a.m. And, was told earlier that the driver had been looking for me at the airport since 11:00 a.m. The van they picked me up in had the name of another company on it!!! I asked why it did not have the name of the company I booked with on it. They said that they had just bought this van from another company and had not had the name put on it yet!!! There had been 3 other buses with the right name on it, and none of them were the one I was supposed to have my ride with.
The driver I had did finally find me at the RIGHT place and was very nice and had no problems with him. He listened to me complain, and I appreciated that and never lost his cool. I do not believe it was his fault. It was the vendor's office personnel who were at fault. A simple phone call to me could, with proper communication, have prevented all the things that happened in my situation.
I will never use this vendor ever again and would suggest that others go elsewhere.

Being coming to Australia for over 30 years and always used them
Used them this week and the youngish lad at Coolangata airport went out of his way to help me as I had missed my time slot.
The driver wish I got his name was also a credit to the company .
It was the 12 th November 10 am.

Best service to get to airport. Always very prompt and helpfulAlways willing to wait a few minutes if your plane is delayed a couple of minutes on return. .

The service provided by our driver ( Bruce) was exceptional, he called me when my flight landed to guide me to the pickup area and advised on the planned stops. This is a very reliable service provider and the vehicles were comfortable and safe. I will be using their door drop off service again. This makes it very convinient.

A great, affordable service. However a bit more communication between drivers would go a long way. It was a bit muddly at the airport sorting out who was on which shuttle when x2 arrived at the same time. Perhaps they could have a sign with them and stand together to sort out passengers.

Der Transfer von Flughafen Brisbane zur Gold Coast hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Rücktour war genauso entspannt. Pünktlichkeit hervorragend, die Fahrer freundlich und kompetent und die Fahrzeuge machten einen guten Eindruck. Preis-Leistung absolut gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank

Highly recommended shuttle company, we traveled with a toddler he loved the whole ride to our apartment. Affordable pricing, friendly driver and awesome customer service. Would definitely book again whanau.

Yes most definately - just give Conexion your Flight arrival time and they will give you pickup instructions.
I want to book a one way travel from Gold coast airport to Red Star Hotel in Palmbeach. But your site is asking for Hotel address for pick-up. I am confused. Please clarify.
