- vivienng1110 条分享迟到, 迟大到我们预约了3程车. 第一程由布里斯本机场去黄金海岸饭店; 第二程由布里斯本饭店去Holt Street Wharf; 第三程由Holt Street Wharf回布里斯本饭店. 第一程车是OK的, 在预订时间, 便有车接到黄金海岸 第二程车, 预约时间是8:10, 车迟到了15分钟, 还可以接受吧 第三程车, 比预约时间迟了35分钟, 是35分钟, 那天晚上坐船回到Holt Street Wharf码头, 天气冻了很多, 在码头内其他人已经走了, 只余我们两人, 单子上注明如果迟了15分钟不见车, 可以致电热线, 第一次致电, 没人接, 第二次, 有人接, 但要你听音乐等候, 等了接近5分钟吧, 我们是用长途打电话的, 天呀, 不用钱吗? 最可怕是接近5分钟都没有再接电话, 其实, 公司打电话给司机, 问位置, 再回客人, 要等那么久吗? 待我们再次打给热线, 仍然是等. 等什么呢? 最后, 足足迟了35分钟才到码头接我们, 我在码头食风食了35分钟, 我非常不满意撰写日期：2015年7月13日

The driver was very helpful and kind. When dropping me at my destination he went out of his way to ensure I was at the right airbnb and that I was safe.
Being a solo traveller this was a great comfort to me.
The shuttle bus was comfortable and the whole experience was exceptional.

I found this service to be excellent value, easy to book a pick up from my hotel in Main Beach and on time. The driver was very friendly and helpful, the drive to the airport was comfortable and on a clean, newish bus and we arrived to Bisbane airport early. Highly recommend using them.

Pre booked online. Arrived at the airport in the evening. Coach waiting for us. Door to door service. Very easy to use and cheaper than an uber, taxi or hire car.

Had a booking to take me from hotel to GC airport. They did not arrive at the time they confirmed the day before, tried to contact both cell and office (as did my hotel too) with no luck. Had to get a taxi to airport and now they refuse to refund me the CXN cost, firstly saying I was actually picked up and when I explained I wasn't and could show taxi receipt they changed to say I cancelled. Despite asking for a review and refund after a week I have still had no contact from them. Extremely disappointed this time as it is very different than other times I have used them. Drivers are normally great but customer service rep was terrible. It seemed like a very blanket reply without actually looking into it, particularly when they changed from saying I was picked up to that I cancelled.

Do not use this company. They called us 10mins early, I answered and told them we were on our way from our room, they did NOT wait.
When I spoke to the call centre to check where the bus was, she said the operator said I didn’t answer the phone so they drove off. Very dishonest, I asked for a refund as this is not fair or correct. I was told more lies, that my pick up time was 7:30am which was not anywhere on my booking receipt/instructions.
These people are not family friendly, happy to leave us stranded, they couldn’t care less just after your cash.

At Con-X-ion, we strive to provide smooth, reliable transfers, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations. To ensure all passengers experience timely service, our policy requires passengers to be ready and waiting at their designated pickup point throughout the 20-minute pickup window, as outlined in our Pick-up Window Procedure:
"Con-X-ion transfer services should arrive during the 20-minute window as outlined in your confirmation. Passengers must be ready and waiting outside the designated pickup location for the entirety of the pickup window. Our services will depart immediately once they reach each pickup point and will not wait for passengers that are not ready to board. Drivers are not responsible to locate passengers if they are not readily waiting at the designated pickup area. Passengers that are not ready and waiting during the outlined times resulting in a missed transfer; may not be eligible for refund or reimbursement."
We understand how frustrating this situation must have been and would like to investigate further. If you could provide your booking ID number, I’d be happy to review the call and clarify the situation. It sounds like the reservation agent you spoke with was likely reading from booking notes, which may have stated something along the lines of “attempted to call passenger – fail to load.” We don’t believe this was an intentional miscommunication, but rather an interpretation of the information at hand.

Through my enquire to QLD Tourism we were directed to Co-X-ion Airport Transfers. The return fare to Hope Island ( over a hours drive away ) for 2 was very reasonable for a door to door service. The driver was punctual, the bus clean & the ride took the worry of car hire, the stress of finding our way in unfamiliar territory, traffic congestion & roadworks right out of our hands & we were able to sit back & enjoy the trip, arriving safely at our destination. I would highly recommend Con-X-ion Airport Shuttle service.

Don’t use this service. Not flexible even if flights are delayed. They could even wait 5 minutes. Uber is a much better choice and doesn’t cost much more. Call centre unhelpful, really just a rubbish service with poor customer service

Very easy to locate pick up area. Driver was very helpful, polite and cheerful. Very comfortable drive to my hotel. Great hassle free way to start a holiday.

We came through Coolangatta customs and walked to the bus waiting area with about 20mins to wait and departure was on time with everyone on board. We were last to get off so enjoyed seeing all the other destinations. The driver was friendly and informative and a good driver in the traffic on a Saturday night. Would recommend.
