If your on a tight budget, and your at the bkk international airport suvarnabhumi, look no further than the 7/11 located on the 3rd floor all the way at the end of the terminal "above arrivals " basically the last shop.
eg. 3 x toasted ham and cheese toasted sandwiches 1 x beef burger and 4 wine coolers £8 thb 360.

The worst lounge experience ever. We paid 158 US dollars to book lounge access for my parents and I because I had forgotten my lounge access card. The lounge was overly crowded, understaffed and there was no A/C (in Phuket, which is always hot and humid). The food was HIDEOUS. The lounge only had a few options for food (some salads, macaroni and prawn curry) and all tasted awful. The lady at the front desk was also in charge of serving the drinks so she was extremely busy and we had to wait very long time to access the lounge and also to get the drinks. The lounge has a lot of chairs and tables all stacked one after another with almost no room to walk. The gents bathroom was disgusting. Never come to this place, especially the one on the lower floor. Save your time and money by staying at the terminal, where at least you have decent dining options and A/C. Coral lounge is the WORST I have ever tried.

We were very impressed with the Miracle Lounge at Bangkok airport. Service was friendly and efficient and the quality of both the lounge itself and the food offered were excellent. My only criticism is that the wi-fi was not very fast, otherwise this is a really good lounge.

We booked the business class lounge. There were delicious foods in the lounge with a great selection. The wi-fi was super fast and the staff inside excellent. Also a good choice of alcohol. I recommend booking this as for what we had inside the lounge would have cost us 3 times more if we went to a restaurant in the airport!

Mir hat die Lounge sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt eine breite Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen und Getränken, sowohl Alkohol als auch Softgetränke und Kaffeespezialitäten.
Besonders toll fände ich die Möglichkeit zu Duschen.

We were flying home to England on November 30th we were directed wrongly to the Miracle Lounge along with several others. There we encountered at the Reception Desk the Rudest, Unhelpful, Ignorant Lady Receptionist I have ever had the misfortune to meet. One Lady was great the other should NOT be working with the Public.

Greetings from Bangkok, It is unfortunate and disturbing to read or hear of any experience between worker and customer that is not excellent. It is difficult to comment on a Review that consists of a Positive, yet four-word only, review of one worker and a Negative, twenty word review of a second worker which is given an overall rating of 1Star.
I do apologise that I cannot make comment myself, especially since all other Reviews (except the person who chose to dwell for many hours over a Hair Drier not working rather than take 5 seconds to ask for another one) have been given satisfactory or higher ratings.
As I am not from Miracle Lounge myself, and you have not forwarded the names of either worker, I can only go to Miracle Lounge to advise of this Review should another similar one be received. (Thus far, no such criticism has come in, I am glad to say).
I am delighted to know of your pleasant experience with one staff member but I do regret your less than pleasant experience with another and what, you felt, equalled a One Star Review.

Lounge area was nice, but the servings were below average. Seating area was quite limited, there were only a very limited amount of comfy lounge chairs. Rest of the seating was regular tables and chairs.

Thanks for your note and not sure what you mean about servings? If you mean the food there is a buffet and also a cold area and various alcoholic drinks.
Perhaps you visited at a busy time and you can always move to another lounge as we have several in the airport,

Does anyone know if you have to be first/business class to use this lounge and if you can stay there for 4-5 hours? We are flying to BKK with a 6 hour layover before heading to Phuket in the morning and we are trying to figure out the best option for what we should do to rest during that time. Any suggestions are welcome!

Just wanted to check this is a transit lounge and we are not required to go through customs, collect bags etc. We are flying back to Sydney vis Thailand. Transit is 6 hours and we do not want to go through customs etc. Thanks.
