Mir hat die Lounge sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt eine breite Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen und Getränken, sowohl Alkohol als auch Softgetränke und Kaffeespezialitäten.
Besonders toll fände ich die Möglichkeit zu Duschen.

We were flying home to England on November 30th we were directed wrongly to the Miracle Lounge along with several others. There we encountered at the Reception Desk the Rudest, Unhelpful, Ignorant Lady Receptionist I have ever had the misfortune to meet. One Lady was great the other should NOT be working with the Public.

Greetings from Bangkok, It is unfortunate and disturbing to read or hear of any experience between worker and customer that is not excellent. It is difficult to comment on a Review that consists of a Positive, yet four-word only, review of one worker and a Negative, twenty word review of a second worker which is given an overall rating of 1Star.
I do apologise that I cannot make comment myself, especially since all other Reviews (except the person who chose to dwell for many hours over a Hair Drier not working rather than take 5 seconds to ask for another one) have been given satisfactory or higher ratings.
As I am not from Miracle Lounge myself, and you have not forwarded the names of either worker, I can only go to Miracle Lounge to advise of this Review should another similar one be received. (Thus far, no such criticism has come in, I am glad to say).
I am delighted to know of your pleasant experience with one staff member but I do regret your less than pleasant experience with another and what, you felt, equalled a One Star Review.

Lounge area was nice, but the servings were below average. Seating area was quite limited, there were only a very limited amount of comfy lounge chairs. Rest of the seating was regular tables and chairs.

Thanks for your note and not sure what you mean about servings? If you mean the food there is a buffet and also a cold area and various alcoholic drinks.
Perhaps you visited at a busy time and you can always move to another lounge as we have several in the airport,

如果有更好的選擇，是絕對不會來這裡的，洗澡的吹風機時不時就會斷電， 熱水開啟時，就會有詭異的味道出現 ，提供的餐點也都非常普通，最重要的是，用完的餐具放在桌上，經過了一個小時，還是沒有服務人員來整理

Thanks for your review but I suggest that while you were in the lounge if the hair dryer was not functioning properly then let the staff know and they can fix it. Same as the
Water pressure.

ミラクルラウンジはスワンナプームには数カ所ありコンコースGはわりと狭いです。
行くならコンコースDのビジネス＆ファーストが並ぶラウンジが広く料理もある程度オーダーできるので使い勝手はいいと思います。
ファーストクラスと言ってもプライオリティパスで入れるラウンジで座席のクラスと勘違いするとイメージが違うかもしれません。
シャワールームが広く充実しているのがお勧めできる点で直行便で帰国する際はここで入ります。
行くならコンコースDのビジネス＆ファーストが並ぶラウンジが広く料理もある程度オーダーできるので使い勝手はいいと思います。
ファーストクラスと言ってもプライオリティパスで入れるラウンジで座席のクラスと勘違いするとイメージが違うかもしれません。

This was booked via Expedia under I Asia Thailand, we had a long flight back to US so we wanted some downtime. The lounge is for 2 hours use which is enough. A spacious lounge with comfortable seating, good food buffet style with a reasonable selection. We also had Alcoholic drinks inside too. The staff were helpful and polite. We asked how much this was and it was a crazy 2000 Baht so booking before we saved 50%!

Does anyone know if you have to be first/business class to use this lounge and if you can stay there for 4-5 hours? We are flying to BKK with a 6 hour layover before heading to Phuket in the morning and we are trying to figure out the best option for what we should do to rest during that time. Any suggestions are welcome!
