A real scam, we hired a tour with comments in Spanish and didn’t hear a single word in Spanish.
The devices that we were supposed to hear in Spanish were useless, we told the person that we handed them over and he didn't even care.

Don’t really see much. Probably better off hiring a local to drive you around. Sure this is a 3rd world country and my expectations were not high for the train but this excursion is a not worth the money eve n with the free booze!

This trip was booked through our travel agent for Thursday 8th February.
Unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to bad weather.
We were contacted by Zandra from Scenic Escapes St Kitts who apologised and promised to try and arrange another date.
The following morning (today) Zandra called to say we were able to go and that she would pick us up from our hotel and take us to the pick up point.
Thank you very much.
The train experience itself is amazing, we did the tour bus section first with an excellent guide Warner, pointing out all the places of interest.
The train ride was brilliant, fantastic commentary, great refreshments, rum punch etc and a little tasting of sugar cake.
The entertaining dance duo were superb.
Thank you for what was one of our best trips.
Do not hesitate just book it, you won’t regret it!!!!

How is the view of the volcano? Our kids are too young to do the hike, but we'd really like to see it. However, it's going to be a lot to get them to sit on a bus/train for 3 hours plus on vacation, so we'd like to know if it's worth it first.
