Our tour guide Jamie was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to point out all of the high points of the tour. We did have a semi-urgency on the bus which resulted in the AC going out while it was over 100° outside. Jamie did his best to accommodate everyone and show genuine concern. I really appreciate the way he handled the situation.
Otherwise, the tour SELF was phenomenal. I really enjoyed the pinnacles, kangaroos, koalas, and lunch was amazing. Plenty of opportunities and plenty of time to rest and relax during the bus ride. You will see plenty of desert and countryside. You will also see ocean Shores.
The part of the tour that I think needs to be revised or even omitted, is the chocolate factory portion towards the end. It is completely pointless and feels more like an arranged money grab. No one was interested in chocolates. The time spent traveling there could’ve been spent exploring somewhere much more memorable. My recommendation is to choose a tour without the chocolate factory. Another option is for the company to do away with it altogether. Otherwise, even with the chocolate factory, you will have an amazing time.

We pride ourselves on the information our drivers have of the region, and the information they can share with our groups, We are also glad to hear you enjoyed the Pinnacles Desert, and enjoyed your time at the Yanchep National Park.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the trip to the Swan Valley. Unfortunately our tours do operate on strict timings as we cover a lot of the region during the day, so the amount of time we have in the Swan Valley is sometimes limited. The chocolate factory is a popular destination within the region, that showcases a lot of the amazing produce WA has to offer, but we will definitely look to revise these components to see if we can improve this for the future.

More of a chilled tour day. Got to see quite a lot and didn’t feel like we were rushed at any of the stops.
Pick up and drop off were very well organised and communicated.
Beck our tour guide was lovely, she was fantastic with everyone on the tour, and made everyone feel welcome – thank you for showing us around and all your knowledge.
Lobster Shack was brilliant incorporation into the tour, the lunch was lovely and it was a very generous portion, most tours when they include lunch aren’t so great with their portions but this was fantastic and was delicious.
Only thing that I think could make the tour a bit better would be something more for swan valley, maybe a little cruise or something to add more to experiencing swan valley.

The trip was well organised from pick up to drop off. The coach driver was very informative and knew the history well.. Pinnacles ..amazing. Lunch at the lobster shack was delicious, followed by a final stop at Margaret River chocolate shop.
