I have not seen a beach that is good only for jogging but not sunbathing. This is the one. The trees that once lined up the beach is intentionally destroyed to get more space for joggers, shame!

The last time we were in the area were years ago. Now the entire area, Cook Park and beach front has transformed to a beautiful place, clean and spacious, the tall trees are trimed with style, the sand have definitely gone much finer and whiter than I recalled. A lovely place for a walk, relax and just soak up some sun. Definitely will revisit.

Out for an early morning run yesterday and it was worth the chill to take in some great views of the city skyline and the ocean. The dolls point renovation has been finished and there is new seating and a more defined cycling path. There are still works at san souci end so you cant enjoy the full path right now. A lot more bins around so there is less of a rubbish problem.

This park is quite long and is between Brighton-Le-Sands and Dolls Point. The park around the Ramsgate Surf Life Saving Club has just had a renovation with new paths and car parks.
There is plenty of seating along the beach area, with a walking path on the beach edge. There is also plenty of sand and a couple of swimming enclosures.

There is a lot of construction and remediation activity towards the dolls point end of the park.
It's still a good place for a walk or a cycle and you can watch the surf or the planes as you go. Would be great if the council made some effort to stop all the rubbish dumping by a small minority that have no respect for the environment.

This narrow park covers the whole western shore of Botany Bay. There are good views of the bay, beaches the whole way and several netted areas for swimming (water’s clean these days, and they’re shallow with no waves so good for kids). The main path can get overrun by aggressive cyclists but you can usually walk on grass, the beach, or a beachfront path. Unfortunately, the area is still pretty scummy. The park is backed by a noisy road and the park is not in good condition - filthy, damaged toilets, rusty, leaking roofs on huts, lots of rubbish. There are various restaurants of varying quality nearby but a distinct lack of places to drink.

This park by the water is a great place to wind down at the end of the week. Plenty of local take away food options or bring a picnic. Great area for kids to play and for the adults to unwind. It is also an interesting place to watch the planes land and take off from Sydney Airport.

There is a shared cycle path that takes you all the way along the coastline.
Still has issues with certain groups of people leaving their rubbish behind. Nevertheless it's a good place to exercise and enjoy the views.

Love this park. It is as great visit. Only problem is after the weekend people do not take their rubbish with them. Thank you to a diligent council though it does not spend too much time in a mess!!
