May I please explain the principles of handling such situations at the reception. A massage is a person-to-person thing and it happens that some guests like most of all and other guests do not like the same therapist. The second happens very seldom, but we have to live with the fact that it does happen. We strongly recommend that you don't hesitate to stop the massage and talk to the reception right away. The feeling of "it's not what I expected" usually comes within the first 5-10 minutes of the massage, if it does. We will in this case do our best to keep you happy. First of all we will find another therapist for you and/or change the type of massage. If you do not want that - we will stop the massage and you won't be charged. However, if you complain about the massage after having completed the whole treatment, the reception is instructed not to give a refund. The manager wanted to do what she could to save your day. She asked you what you would like to change for your next massage and she gave you our favorite tea as a present. I hope you will enjoy the tea, because the date on the package is the production date. The tea is good for another 12 months after it had been packed. We are sorry once again for not being able to provide a happy and relaxing time for you, which is our goal. We would really love to have a chance to change your impression.
