“愉快的烹饪！”
我非常喜欢去市场，自己购买一些食材，来做这四道菜。这里的老师都和蔼可亲，见多识广。我想我可以在家里试着做一下。
“非常棒，可以体验当地美食和市场”
我们在美奈旅行时，预订了这门课程。烹饪学校的位置位于一家商店上方，现代而干净。我们带着儿子和女儿一起来，在这里度过愉快的早晨。工作人员（黎汉来，奎因，崔恩，穆伊，蒂和利兹）都很棒。课程安排很好，而且很有趣。建议您在参加课程之前不要吃早饭，因为这里有很多东西可以吃！我们特别喜欢去当地市场参观，在那里，我们看到了很多从未尝试过的当地美食。工作人员还为我们结婚25周年赠送给我们一个蛋糕！这为我们愉快的早晨画上了圆满的句号。不知道他们是怎么知道今天是我们周年纪念日的，但非常感谢他们。

Great atmosphere and tasty cooking

Last week Tranh and her colleagues provided a great cooking class for us. The cooking school is very neat and has a nice atmosphere and the ladies are very helpful and lovely. We had a great laugh and the food we prepared was great. So nice to also receive a recipe book and extra recipes afterwards. Cooking the coffee/coconut dessert tonight, hopefully just as tasty as it was in Mui Ne! Thankss!

Efficiently run, highly templated class

Good option for those with little experience in Vietnamese cooking. High level introduction to a range of classic dishes and ingredients, in the manner of TV cooking shows. Everything is already cut, measured and ready to go in little bowls. You will cook your own dishes but you won’t learn hands-on how the critically important stock for Pho is prepared. There is a lot crammed into a few hours, and it feels rushed (even bossed around) at times.
This being said, it was an entertaining morning and the food tasted great. The staff to guest ratio is impressive, ensuring everyone is advancing without a glitch in a friendly and professional way. They even assigned a personal helper to our 7-year old so that he was able to cook at his own station.
Overall, recommended as a nice family outing. Just don’t expect to return home as a master of Vietnamese cuisine.

Very interesting and nice expierience

Very friendly and professional staff. I enjoyed the market trip a lot, they helped me to buy some sauces and spices. On a market we've tried so delicious food and drinks with interesting explanation. During cooking class we had enough time for cooking ang for eating;) Thank you very much for such a nice experience in Mui Ne!

Очень приятный персонал. Хорошо говорят по английски. Проводили по рынку, показали местный колорит. Потом показали как готовить традиционные блюда.
ВАЖНО! Перед посещением не завтракайте! Есть придется много)

Excellent cooking class. Authentic tastes. We loved the local market visit. Our guide was very helpful and joyful. It was a 4-course meal and to be honest we weren’t able to eat anything again until late in the evening because we were still full from the class. Highly recommended!

Saturday menu.

I completed this cooking course with my two children and it was great fun. I really enjoyed the market trip and trying some different foods. Our guide and teacher was really friendly and engaging.
The kids also enjoyed making the dishes and our guide got them trying things they normally wouldn't eat. All in all it was a lovely and memorable half day. Highly recommended and good value for money with the recipe booklet to take home so we can do the dishes again.

I was the only booking for the cooking class as there were not many tourists around. They normally need at least two people to run a class but made an exception for me. The staff made me feel comfortable and special. It was a wonderful morning.

Great Experience

I have attended 9 cooking classes in SE Asia and this was among the best. Our guide and Instructor "Quin" sp? was awesome. She was charming, full of enthusiasm and really engaged the attendees in both the market tour and the actual cooking class. The recipes we made were really delicious...all of them. That is different from some other classes I have participated in where I have had a couple of good dishes but not all were to my liking. My only mistake was eating breakfast at my hotel first...you need to be hungry as you start eating in the actual market tour in the morning. I could not finish all the food in that morning. If I come back to Mui Ne, I would do this again!!!!

Great morning cooking experience

What an enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were 8 people in the group that morning. The market experience was great with everything explained and the opportunity to taste many foods. Once back at the cooking school we were straight into the cooking. The instructors were helpful and happy with good clear directoons given throughout. The dishes we created were delicious and I am looking forward to using the recipes to recreate for my family. Highly recommend.
