I am 49 and my wife is 48, we had never been surfing. With Pablo's expert direction and coaching we got up so many times! It was like riding on a cloud... extremely, amazing! We were so exhausted after riding for over an hour we couldn't even finish our 2 hour session. Pablo's ability to read the waves and direct us was outstanding, probably saved us years of trial and error.
Pablo is a great person that went above and beyond, he helped us out even when he didn't have to. There was a volunteer photographer taking pictures of us surfing, unrelated to Pablo and his business. We paid the guy to send some pictures of us surfing, the guy...forgot. I contacted Pablo, hoping he might run into the freelance photographer, and if he happened to see him at the beach, remind him to send our pictures. Pablo ran into him and had the guy send some pictures. We received the pictures of this great experience. Thank you to Pablo, twice.

We had an amazing experience with Pablo! We booked last minute, the night before, and Pablo was very accommodating. He picked us up at our resort and led our lesson with 2 other instructors. They were all amazing with my children (6&9). Both children and my husband were standing on the board early into the lesson and had a great time! Pablo and his team took pictures and videos on a GoPro and sent them to us so we could enjoy the memories. We were so impressed with Pablo and cannot wait to return to take more lessons. Pura vida!

I booked a 2-hour surfing lesson and zip lining excursion with Pablo for my girlfriend and me. We had the most amazing time, from start to finish. Pablo picked us up from our airbnb in a pristinely clean van, and was 10 minutes early for our departure. Our surfing lesson was quick and very effective. We were out in the water and standing up on our boards within minutes, and it was our first time surfing. Ever. Our zip line excursion was epic; a beautiful 600 acre farm (with very clean bathrooms) and 9 rides over tree canopies, lush terrain, and real time farm life. Just wow. Pablo had cold waters ready for us throughout the day and provided spectacular photos and videos of us surfing, just hours after he dropped us off at home. Book with Pablo and tip him well!

Pablo was awesome - my beginner teen surfers (and beginner dad) got up right away and had a blast. Very safe and fun. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Pablo and Rigo. They were so patient and encouraging even when I was exhausted from battling the waves back out. They did a lot of work to find us good waves even if that meant getting pummeled with waves, our boards and our bodies. Pablo took fabulous pictures that he sent to us later that night. We looked pretty good for two middle aged women. It was hard work and I am exhausted but it was so worth it.

This was an amazing experience! Pablo and his team are the best - so knowledgeable and patient. Our family of 4 (including kids ages 8 and 11) had never surfed before. We all were able to get up on the board and had a great time. I highly recommend. It was possibly the best part of our Tamarindo trip.

Pablo is absolutely pura vida! My daughter and I learned to surf with him. He was professional and fun. He kept us safe and is an incredible teacher. His knowledge and experience are incredible.

Pablo is an excellent source for
all your needs. He arranged transportation , fishing , surfing, and adventure day for our group at extremely reasonable prices. He provided excellent hands own services. His prices beat all we encountered in the Guanacaste area. He is honest and reliable!

Pablo and staff were awesome. Pablo picked us up at our hotel, provided all equipment, and gave great lessons!! Very fun day.
