I used it to go to Osaka Itami Airport. I took the first flight, but it was almost full. I wish I could make a reservation, because I would be in trouble if I couldn't get on the first or last train.

The explanation from the bus stop attendant was hard to understand and we were mocked.
We came from Tohoku and were confused when we were told that the bus from Osaka Station goes via Fukushima, and asked "Huh, where is that?" and they asked us what we were going to do and if we even knew what it meant. Even though it was before the time, they urged us to hurry up because it was too late, and those who had charged their Suica cards were able to get on, but those who hadn't were confused and weren't allowed to get on, so we ended up getting separated.
I wish they had just told us to get on the next bus.
And I wish they hadn't made fun of us.

I got on a bus from Itami Airport to Osaka Station. It departed at 6pm on February 24th.
First of all, the guide was so bad at explaining things that it took me a while to figure out if it was the right bus to go to my destination.
The bus driver also urged me to hurry up, and even though I was with my family, we ended up getting separated.
It's a terrible story. If he was going to rush me so much, he should have just told me to get on the next bus.

Used on a weekday.
I took the bus leaving Marville at 5:50 to make my 7:30 international flight.
There were more than 10 seats available.
I arrived safely at 6:10.
There is a possibility of train and road delays, but if you're using the bus at this time, I think the shuttle bus is a safer option.

The ride is comfotable and hassle-free. We love it. I strongly recommend travelers who has heavy luggage or old folks, to make use of this service.

I took a limousine bus to go to Itami Airport. The fare was 650 yen, and it took me to Itami Airport, so it was convenient. I used it on a Saturday around noon, and it was almost full.

We took the bus from Itami Airport to Namba just after 6:30pm on August 14th with two adults, one toddler, and one baby.
When we handed the driver our tickets, he coldly said, "Since we only bought tickets for two adults, please don't let the children sit in their seats. Put your luggage on the shelf."
Of course, we had intended to have the child sit on our laps, but we were annoyed by his harsh words before we even got on the bus.
When we got on the bus, most people had their luggage on the empty seats.
I wondered if people were paying for the seats they were leaving their luggage on.

ANAだと、到着ゲートを出てから、蓬莱の行列を眺め、モノレール乗り場方面を下るとすぐにバス乗り場あります。スイカでオッケーです。

Easy to find the bus stop, buy tickets through a machine with credit or cash and helpful assistants to load luggage. Frequent buses. We reached the bus stop about five minutes shy of bus departure time but still managed to purchase tickets and get on right on time. Excellent Japanese efficiency. Bus got us to airport right on the dot too. Value for money and stress-less. Just sit back and relax and you are there!

早く来過ぎたかなと思いきやすでに待機者10人超え。
その後もあっという間にどんどん人が並び長蛇の列に。
並び始めて早々に係員の方が来て、トランクルーム預け荷物をターミナルごとに
予め仕分け置きしたり、人数カウントしてどこまでが乗車できるかなど
確認・案内されてました。一人なのにとても手際よく作業されてました。
バスは予定通り出発。始発だったせいか全補助席使用の文字通り満席でした。
早朝のため渋滞もなく20分で最初のターミナルに到着となりました。
