Booked through Hanazono Niseko. Operator provided pickup from hotel. After changing into proper boots, they have just a quick briefing and had us drive around the practice course. After that, off into the country side, passing by plains and up some small hills. We took a break while inside a wooded area and our guide gave everyone a cup of hot chocolate. Kids played around with the fresh powder for a while before we headed back. Operator also provided hotel drop off.
The experience was amazing. The equipment was great. The staff were all friendly. The family had a great time.

Excellent experience with White Isle! Our tour guide was INCREDIBLY patient with us through the trip, stopping to take numerous photos and let us “do our own thing.” They even gave us some free time to play in a giant field and really see what the snowmobiles could do! Would highly, highly recommend for anyone looking to try it out or take a break from skiing, the staff was all super friendly and the experience was 10/10!

Super fun break from skiing! We didn't have a car, so they came and picked us up from our hotel in Hirafu. Already had gear so just needed a helmet, which they fit us for right away. This was my first time snowmobiling (husband grew up snowmobiling) so we all took a few minutes to go through the practice course. Guide spoke English and was very kind & helpful - took lots of pictures! Spent the majority of the time driving around with just a few stops, and - my husband's favorite part - we were given time to just play around within a pretty large circle while the guide took video/pictures for us. Had a nice hot chocolate break like other reviewers mentioned.
Overall very fun (& efficient!) experience :) left our hotel at 9, back by 10:40. Highly recommend!!

Don't know the other agent, but I believe this is quite good agent.
The staff is experienced and very friendly. They will run in front of and behind you and suppot you.
Shuttle service, rental wear/gear is available.
Snow is more than awesome, they have private field.
They say March is the best for good snow and shiny day.

スタッフさんはベテランで親しみやすい。初めてでも全く問題なしでした。
ホテルまでお迎えに来てくれますし、終わったら倶知安駅近くの美味しいオススメランチ店まで送ってくださいました。
レンタルウェア等も揃っていて手ぶらで行けます。
何よりちゃんと前後にスタッフさんが付いてくれて専用のプライベートコースを存分に安心して楽しめます🤩
雪は言わずもがな、最高です。
3月が雪的にも晴れの日的にもベストだそうです。

Been trying to book at tour with them. Can't get any form of communication from them at all. Even if I do finally hear from them would give it a miss. Customer service at it's worst.

We were at first a bit scared about riding snowmobiles for the first time but I can assure you this activity with White Isle was both safe and enjoyable. Picked up at our hotel and took a 20 minute van ride to the location. There we geared up with helmets and signed the usual waivers. Children ages 15 and 16 were able to ride themselves. So all 5 of us lined up behind the guide and off we went. Riding was very easy with basically an accelerator which you gently squeeze to go and release to stop. The course was also smooth with great scenery along the way. I wish that there were more steep slopes and bumps, but the course was generally very level. Of the 60 minutes, we rode for the majority of the time and stopped for pics at a scenic spot, and the guide even had hot chocolate for us. Be sure to dress warmly with a good pair of gloves and ear muffs. 60 minutes was too short and we all wished we had more time. A must try in Niseko.

可以在網上預約，亦可預約接送地點。會有工作人員檢視衣服是否合適，旅程中又會幫你拍照，而且小屋樓上亦有咖啡店可以在活動後休息一下。

My 1st time was in 2017 and I'm still very much amazed! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even though the visibility wasn't the best because of so much snow it was still so beautiful in the trees! Lovely little cafe inside to warm up afterwards. Would HIGHLY recommend

広大な敷地と標高差のあるアップダウンで思う存分スノーモービルを楽しめるのがホワイトアイルニセコです。ベテランガイドが同行してくれるので初心者でも安心して楽しむ事ができます。リーズナブルな料金なので冬のアクティビティとしておすすめです。
