The shopping center itself is quite pleasant. It has a good variety of shops and eateries. Dogs are also more than welcome here, except in one shop...
In the Iper la grande (the biggest store where you can find everything) our little dog was suddenly no longer welcome. What we found extremely confusing since they have a lot of animal stuff, how can we buy clothes for our dog if he is not welcome???
We were approached very unfriendly by the staff in the store after which we went straight to the checkout. There a man spoke to us again about the fact that there were certainly no dogs welcome, it was not really clear what he expected from us since we were already at the cash register?!
A very nice shopping center, but very unfortunate about the unfriendly staff in this particular store.

We want to thank so much Ada and Giovanni who helped us solve a problem with n iPhone this morning. They were very kind, professional and also very nice!!

Small, beautiful and modern shopping center with a good selection of shops, mainly clothing. Free parking on an outdoor area, some of them "covered" and protected from sunlight.

I had problems with an iPhone still under warranty, I go for the first time to the Apple center and despite they started the practice has not been solved the problem... so I go a second time and despite they made me wait about 2 hours, they start the practice and tell me to keep the phone! And they assure me that I will be delivered a new iPhone. The next day they contact me telling me that instead they had to keep the phone and then the options were 2, or bring the phone back to the center or arrange a shipment on the Apple site myself! Really ridiculous! Professionalism 0 and especially staff completely incompetently! But I wonder how you can keep an Apple center open with staff like that! they only manage to sell and configure iPhone (anyone nowadays can do it!). Vergognosi!

It should close at 8.30pm.. it would be a good thing both for the staff.. and also because after 8.00pm there are few people.. only those who don't buy but want to enjoy the heat or the cold go.. shameful l the only shopping center that closes so late.. I hope something changes for the staff.. I turn to the management

Bar Polly..5 people at the counter to make a coffee!! With a wait for no reason, but there was a little question who made the coffee... Sleeping Beauty (in a bar I would say) slow and arrogant... I would say asleep, I complained raising my voice while others without saying anything someone was going away .. poor things you have to tell her otherwise the sleeper will continue to think she is capable of working...

We went this morning 04.12.23, everything was perfect except for the waiter at the Vivaldi kiosk who was rude and grumpy especially in front of my daughter, a 10 year old girl, ... I don't think I'll go back, unless the aforementioned café closes or changes management.

Al Leone puoi girare dappertutto con il cane tranne nel supermercato alimentare.
Vicino a uno degli ingressi c’è un area cani attrezzata e custodita, con tariffa a tempo.
Se fai la spesa al supermercato intanto che il cane è lì dentro, hai un’ora gratis presentando lo scontrino della spesa (valido solo spesa all’Iper).
