Amazing! Worth every cent! Ultimate relaxation retreat. The spa 3000 was every bit luxurious and the very clean. I loved the relaxing music that played when you were under the water. Only wish I could afford to stay longer!

Great clean and well maintained spa in breathtaking surroundings. I also loved the fact that the spa is open until 11 pm. The sauna area I did not use so but it was all very nice and clean. There is also a childcare a gym and an extra children's area with a water slide and a thermal spa restaurant, where we are already on topic which I did not like so much. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, but what I didn't like was the menu. Except pizza and burgers or a pasta, there is unfortunately not much to choose from. I was missing something like a schnitzel or something. Was also during the 2 days where I was there hardly anything going on in the restaurant. Too bad, actually. What I still needed was a clock outside somewhere...you don't have a sense of time somewhere. Otherwise everything was tip top. Can only recommend!

vielen Dank für die Bewertung Ihres Aufenthaltes im AQUA DOME. Es freut uns sehr, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat und Sie eine schöne Zeit hatten. Gerne können Sie für Ihren nächsten Besuch einen Freitag einplanen, an dem Sie bei unserem Mondscheinbaden die Therme sogar bis 24 Uhr genießen können.
In unserem Thermenrestaurant bieten wir neben verschiedenen Pastavariationen, Burgern und Wokgerichten auch unsere Pinsa an. Sie haben Recht, Wiener Schnitzel steht bei uns nicht auf der Karte. Ihre Anregung geben wir aber gerne an unseren Küchenchef weiter.
Gerne möchten wir Sie informieren, dass beim Zugang zu den Außenbecken eine Uhr hängt, die man von allen Außenbecken sehen kann.
Wir freuen uns Sie auch in Zukunft im AQUA DOME zu begrüßen und wünschen Ihnen bis dahin alles Gute.

The expectation was very high watching the videos on TikTok
We arrive they give us a family locker (we are 4) very comfortable with the private dressing room
We go to see the pools and already half sunbeds were booked, we find 2 free
Pool area not bad but almost no jacuzzis, we go to see the children's area and it's cute we try the two slides and we are disappointed
Absent children’s entertainment: indeed there is only surveillance for a corner dedicated to children with games and coloring but they can not go to the pool without parents
Spa area: not bad, no whirlpool, all nudist area, me being filmed because I enter the sauna wearing a towel
Restaurant area: freshly prepared food, recommend a picnic area

Thank you for visiting the AQUA DOME and sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that your visit didn't quite meet your expectations.
We're pleased that you appreciated the convenience of the family locker, which gives you more space. However, we're sorry to hear about the limited availability of sun loungers. Please always check with our pool staff as they have a good overview of which areas are still available.
There are various water attractions, jets, massages and bubbles in each of our pools. Regarding the slides, we would like to mention that we receive a lot of positive feedback, and not just from our "little" guests. Sorry we couldn't convince you here.
The childcare is designed to keep children occupied for a few hours while parents enjoy the sauna world or SPA 3000. For safety reasons, which we hope you will understand, we cannot take the children to the pools to swim and play during this time.
We hope that you have been able to enjoy your stay with us and we are looking forward to welcoming you again as our guests in the future.

We were there yesterday (Nov. 2, 2024) ... Having visited various saunas in both Germany and Austria over the years, this one has been the worst experience by far.
First, when we arrived as a couple, we were given separate lockers far apart from each other. It seems logical that lockers should be assigned close together for couples, but that was not the case. This lack of common sense was disappointing.
Upon entering the Saunawelt, it was difficult to find any clear labels or directions for the different saunas. Compared to other saunas and thermal spas, which are organized and easy to navigate, this one was confusing. Additionally, there was hardly anyone at the sauna info booth, so we had no one to ask for help and ended up wandering around to find the different saunas ourselves.
The aufguss program was also disappointing. We expected a variety of aufguss sessions, but every session was held in the same sauna—the Canyon Sauna. Even when my husband sat on the upper level, the heat was not as intense as it should have been.
Next, there was a peeling session in the steam bath (Dampfbad), but the steam was not warm enough, even when the Bademeister tried to fan it around. The session itself lasted less than five minutes. Some guests laughed and made ironic comments, saying, “It was indeed worth it.” At one point, a woman asked for extra sugar peeling because she had used up what was given to her. Instead of being accommodating, the Bademeister seemed reluctant to provide more, which prompted the woman to exclaim, “Wie bitte??” He eventually allowed her to take some from the bucket, but it left a negative impression.
The worst experience by far was at the sauna restaurant. I sat alone and waited about 5-8 minutes for a menu. After deciding what to order, I had to wait again for a few more minutes until the waiter returned. Another couple came in, sat nearby, and also had to ask for a menu, only to be told, “Warten Sie bitte” by the waiter. Seeing this, I handed them my menu. When the waiter finally passed by, I asked if I could order, but he responded with a condescending “Warten Sie bitte.” This made me feel very unwelcome. The barista seemed disorganized, sighing with every drink he prepared as if overwhelmed. Overall, the staff appeared very unprofessional and chaotic. As someone who has worked in customer service, I could see how poorly things were handled. I eventually told them I wouldn’t be ordering after all. I had already waited nearly 45 minutes without even ordering, and I couldn’t imagine how long it would take to actually receive my food.
All in all, I can’t recommend anything positive about this sauna. Others might have a different experience, but for my husband and me, it was a complete disappointment and certainly not worth what we paid for (65 Euros each).

Now, we’d like to address the points you raised: During your stay, we were fully booked due to the Austrian holiday period. While we make every effort to assign locker keys in proximity to one another, this isn’t always possible given the varied check-in and check-out times.
You are correct in noting the spaciousness of our sauna and spa areas. At the sauna entrance, we provide a detailed overview map with all relevant information. Many guests have found our signage to be more than sufficient, and we also have a spa information desk located at the entrance of the sauna area. Our staff is always happy to assist if you need guidance.
We offer guided infusions every hour, led by our sauna coaches, mostly in our Canyon Sauna, which is our largest sauna and specially designed for infusion rituals. Additionally, we have automatic infusions every 30 minutes in our Loft or Stone Sauna. Our sauna program also includes treatments such as peelings, healing mud applications, honey treatments, and more. Regarding your comment about the steam bath, we consulted with our Spa Manager and discovered that there was indeed a technical fault with the steam dome. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused; the issue has since been resolved, and everything is now fully operational.
Our sauna staff normally hands out an initial portion of scrub, followed by a second portion a few minutes later without requiring a guest request. We’re sorry that this process did not meet your expectations, and we have followed up with our team to ensure consistency. We regret to hear about your experience in our sauna bistro. Although we were fully booked, this is no excuse, as we strive to provide excellent service at all times. Had a great day in itself, but this is not thermal baths, despite the sulfate bath and salt bath. It's a luxury pool and hugely massive, so you don't really get to relax. We found it terribly busy, there was no more seat to get and all the baths were hugely full. The view, on the other hand, is beautiful.
And please note: your entrance fee is only for the outside baths and 3 inside. Anything else you want is for a fee.
Did we have a nice day? Yeah. Are we relaxed? -No.

Perfect, relaxing experience for my husband and I! We booked tickets online which gave us a discount and added the saunas when we arrived. Notes: bring your own sandals, towel and/or bath robe, the sauna area is fully nude which we didn’t know until we went in. Exceptional sauna circuit with rooms including a salt grotto and thunderstorm/waterfall area.

Can someone help. I am coming on 27th Aug and want to know how I can look up the train times from innsbruk and back as I cant find anything online and want to make sure we can get to and from our flights easily. I would book a direct transfer but it's so much more expensive. I've read the bus might only come every 4 hours so I don't want to miss it and be sat waiting for 4 hours! HELP!

Buongiorno a tutti! Ho letto in molte recensioni che ci sono zone nelle quali è vietato il costume: quindi come si va in giro? Completamente nudi o con l’asciugamano? In pratica hai gente nuda intorno? E se non sei nudo non puoi accedere? Non che sia bigotta, ma è una cosa che non amiamo....
