Couples massage with my partner to celebrate my birthday! Let's start by receiving rubber flip-flops without bags, not disposable or sealed after sanitization, certainly used by others and then washed. Cleanliness in the changing rooms questionable but the worst thing of all was the actual massage.
They make us sit in the designated room, we settle in, two girls arrive and put a cloth (not a towel) on us and then another on our face with a nauseating smell like paint and wood together. The very low music (sung on the radio among other things) did not even cover the whispering of the two girls which happened several times during the massage. Manual skills lacking the fundamental basics of massage, mostly performed with one hand, no relaxation techniques and no professionalism. Let's say I paid to have a banal almond oil spread on my body listlessly.

We were there on Sunday.
Relaxing massage, shame about the rest: upon entry we were given overly used bathrobes that had been taken off and had holes in them, poor hygiene as starting from the women's bathroom/changing room there was hair everywhere, there was mold in the shower with a dirty shower head.
There was a bad smell in the spa area.
In the salt room where they served herbal tea (if we want to call it that) the deck chairs were dirty with mold...
It's sad because in a place where so many people go, hygiene should be the first thing... I recommend improving!
I won't go back.

Neglected structure without a doubt.
Lack of attention to detail that a spa should have.
We purchased the 90 minute wellness program package with the exclusivity obviously paid separately at a cost of €50, the exclusive lasting exactly 60 minutes instead of 90. We were called from the route for the massage 10 minutes before the end where in total we were 8 people.
50 min relaxing massage in a not very hot environment and a slightly damp towel on you which is not pleasant.
Torn and smelly bathrobes and towels
Mold and rust everywhere
I don't usually write reviews but it's definitely not a pleasant establishment for those who aren't in the business, let alone for those who are.
Structure where not to return and not to recommend

Fantastic experience to repeat, total relaxation, the spa is very large and well managed, they make you feel pampered to the max. The girls who perform the massage are very trained, the massage is Top. Highly recommended if you want to feel pampered for a few hours. The various scrubs or body muds are also recommended. Very affordable prices

It's all organised. I started with a 50 minute relaxation massage and ended with the one hour and twenty minute wellness program. Friendly and very attentive staff. I'll be back

The only positive note was the massage but, alas, not the rest. Damp and moldy smell, smelly towels and bathrobes that need to be thrown away. When you do the massage on the table, the towel is not changed, but it is covered with a paper one. I won't tell you... naturally the one below remains wet from the other people who have done the route before you! During the journey you find yourself sharing everything with other people and no one is there to check or disinfect and clean! The salt cave then... A room with lamps and deckchairs, even the soaked ones because other people have lain down there before! Are we kidding?! It's not the first center I've visited and only here have I seen these things. I won't go back

Salve.... avrei bisogno di un' informazione. . Mi hanno regalato un percorso di coppia da 59.90€ .. vorrei sapere se dobbiamo fare x forza il massaggio o possiamo impiegare quei 20 min in qualcos'altro.... e poi.. se anche una coppia di amici può fare il percorso con noi...graziee

anche io ho utilizzato un coupon da 59.90 e i massaggi non erano inclusi.. vanno richiesti e pagati a parte.. il percorso si può fare anche con un altra coppia e dura al massimo 1 ora e mezza.. cmq occorre prenotare per andare sul sicuro

No nessuna differenza, se vuole può abbinare altri trattamenti a prezzi scontatissimi per chi ha il coupon.
