I don't think you can miss this place when you visit Goshogawara City. You can see three standing buds as tall as 23m from various angles at close range. Don't miss the video, which is shown once every 30 minutes. You can clearly see the history of standing buds in Goshogawara.

The Aomori Nebuta Festival in Aomori City, the Hirosaki Neputa Festival in Hirosaki City, and the Goshogawara Tachineputa in Goshogawara City are known as the three major Nebuta festivals. I spent a little over a week touring Aomori Prefecture and visiting the museums of each Nebuta festival.
The Tachineputa Museum was located in the center of Goshogawara City, near Tsugaru-Goshogawara Station. Upon entering the museum, a large 23m-tall Tachineputa was on display, and I was overwhelmed by its size and stunning colors. It was truly amazing.
The building has a spiral slope inside, so you can view the 23m Tachineputa not only from below, but also from right in front of you and from above. In the exhibition room, the images and sound on the giant screen gave you a sense of the realism of the festival.

You can learn about the history of Tachineputa.
The way the Tachineputa are displayed is also excellent, and you will be overwhelmed by the overwhelming scale!
Please visit at least once.
The view of Mt. Iwaki from the observation deck is also amazing!!

The sight of three Neputa statues, each as tall as a seven-story building, lined up inside the building is simply overwhelming.
You go up to the top in an elevator and then walk down the slope to view the magnificent Neputa. Along the way, there are exhibits on the walls explaining the history of the Neputa and how they are made, and I thought it was wonderful that they created such a facility.
Even if you're not interested in Neputa, it's well worth going, and it would be a shame to come all the way to the neighborhood and not see it.
Above all, it's amazing that the giant Neputa are actually carried out directly from the facility during the festival and paraded through the town,
and it's also amazing that they dismantle the old Neputa every year to make new ones.
You can't convey the power of it in guidebooks or photos on the internet. It's truly overwhelming.
You can really feel the passion of the local people for their hometown, and I think it's a place they can be proud of in the world. If possible, I would like to see it during the festival, but even if not, it's a must-see

訪ねた当日は周りでイベントがやっており無料駐車場がわからず近くの駐車場に停めて訪問。エポスカードを提示して650円→580円で入館。立ねぷたに圧巻。楽しく拝見しました。

五所川原の立佞武多の大きさが体感できる施設です。五所川原近辺に来たら絶対に行ったほうが良い施設です。出川哲朗が充電バイクで２度訪れただけのことはある施設です。

圧巻のその一言です。いろいろなお祭りの山車は見てきたのですが、今まで見た中で１番大きいですね。エレベーターで上まで行き、映像でお祭りの映像をみてからスロープを降りながらねぷたを上から下までゆっくり見ることができます。
有料ですがお祭りシーズンでなくてもねぷたが見れたら青森に来たという感じがします。

青森、弘前とねぶたを見てきましたが、ココの立佞武多（たちねぷた）は正にその大きさ、高さが圧巻です。高さは20ｍ超。展示室に入った途端に「おーーーっ」と声が漏れます。見下ろされる目線も生き生きとして、躍動感も半端ない。祭りの際は建物のゲートが開いて出陣するそうで、まるでガンダム出撃のようです。江戸時代から大型化したねぷたは、一度は市中の電線の為に小さくなったものの、四半世紀前に昔の大きさの物を復活させたとか。地元の有志の人たちに感服です。当然、電線も地中に埋めていますので、ねぷたの通る道筋は電線がありません。
博多の山笠にも一つだけ大きな山がありますが、心意気は同じですね。
駐車場は入場券を見せると無料になります。行って、見て、良かったw。感激した！！
