Hello, does anyone know if the museum will be open to tourists soon? Japan has been open since October but even through JTB I am unable to purchase tickets to the Ghibli museum. This is very disappointing and was planned to be a highlight of our visit next month.

What is the best way to secure a 10am ticket for the Ghibli Museum, and how far in advance should I/can I book, once tickets/borders open to international tourists? Is booking through Lawson’s the easiest way, or should I look for an international reseller?

Hi I purchased the museum ticket from lawson website. Is it ok if I have a typo in my name (one letter is missing)? Would it be a problem during the entry process?

I’ve just booked two tickets via Lawson. I’ve logged in and have my bar code. I’m just worried at the pricing... I’ve paid 1000yen for an adult ticket yet the prices direct from Ghibli’s own Tripadvisor site seem to suggest £34!!! Really don’t want to let me down who I’m taking by finding out we’ve been duped... What are others experience of Lawson?

Hello! I bought the tickets yesterday and I got sent an email saying I need to present both my passport and a printout of My Page, but I can't register on "My Page". Whenever I try it just let's me try to login but never register. Do I really need this printout? and if so, how do I get it?

ID Check for Ghibli Museum Hi! My friend in Tokyo helped me get two tickets for the Ghibli Museum. However, I just realized that the person who purchased it has to be there but she will unfortunately have work that day and does not have time to make it to the museum. hi there I just purchase my studio ghibli tickets from a lawson loppi machine. But since i didn't know japanese , there was some miscommunication with the part timer. the name printed on the ticket did not have my surname on it.Now i am worried that i cant get into the museum because its not my full name, does anyone encounter this type of issue before ?

Solo recibí por mail la referencia de la reserva. Desde ya muchas gracias!
