We arrived ten l Alicante airport and took a taxi into our apartment in the center..
We stayed close to the harbor in an Airbnb apartment.
It was lovely central. We ate at a restaurant down in the marina. Just lovely.
We spent the days on the beach. Be on the castle. In the cathedral. Went out to sail one day. Was on a bus trip to Altea.
We had a lovely holiday in town

We stayed at our apartment in the neighborhood and loved visiting the beaches along the Costa Blanca, also the beautiful views and all the restaurants available. We were there from end of January 24 to end of April 24. The weather was fair, 18-25 c sometimes windy but little rain. The beaches were almost empty, so a relaxing afternoon in the sun was delightful. We met many different people and enjoyed watching the surfers, kitesurfing and occasionally a sailboat and the coffee, beer and sangria‘s. Parking was never a problem, mostly directly on the promenade.

Excellent company TAXIALICANTE.eu correct and friendly and right price. We contacted this company to pick us up at Alicante Air Port and have us transported to Calpe Grand De Solymar and back after 8 days. This went smoothly and everything according to agreed times (very punctual). Very relaxed and treated like royalty ;-) Definitely worth repeating. until the next

Does anyone know if United/continental flights from Newark to Las Vegas get offered a meal. We are coming off a 9 hour flight followed by a 5 hour layover and were wondering if United flight would offer a meal. I know the flight time I’d just under 6 hours. Is anyone able to help and answer if you have travelled that route with United/Continental

Great day out for the family, the guides were absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about the caves and the drawings, the rafting experience was fantastic kids loved it we will be back.

We were delayed within Alicante airport with queues at passport control taxi driver rang us and waited patiently for one and a half hours at one o'clock in the morning and was very pleasant and understanding. Company used also took us back to airport 11 days later. arrived bang on time at private villa at 03: 30 hrs
