Crommelin Native Aboretum is a little gem, located within walking distance of Pearl Beach. Many plants and trees are labelled and various trails lead you to different sections of the flora landscape. Usually not many people here, making it ideal for a quiet walks and meditation. Popular with locals, the aboretum is also the location of an Opera Evening, held usually in the summer.

I came to the Crommelin Native Arboretum with my family. The walk was calm but the paths were a bit confusing. Overall it was a good walk and a look at local flora and fauna.

Such a peaceful place to walk. You can see different birds depending on what time you are there and in the late afternoon if you are quiet you may be lucky enough to see a wallaby. A good place to take children for a walk.

A lovely walk through some beautiful nature. Lots of huge old trees and lots of other interesting plants. Some beautiful photos can be taken and it is only a 20 minute stroll.

Crommelin Native Arboretum is a small sanctuary of native plants and trees that provides a pleasant, cool and shady 20 minute walk that forms a loop.
Just off the loop, across the road and going up the fire trail (marked by a small metal gate) is a relatively easy bushwalk that takes you up to a gorgeous lookout that is well worth the view. The walk will take approximately an hour to get to the lookout and back. Be sure to take bottles of water and go in the morning or late afternoon as it can get quite hot in the direct sun.
It's a nice nature walk where you don't know what you'll come across, whether it's a bush turkey, lyre bird or other small animals.

I have never seen too many other people here, and it is quite a ways from the closest main centre (although it is right at pearl beach). This is a beautiful walk in nature with heaps of information and trails. I have been through here wth the kids several times, and always plan to come back for a longer stay (and have a picnic—but have never done that). If you play Ingress, this is a must visit for the large number of uniques! :)

We live nearby and visit the arboretum several times a year. Beautiful spot with dedicated volunteers. Worth a visit any time of year. Good for all ages groups. Pearl Beach has everything.

Beautiful spot to wander and take photos, or just sit and relax. Beautiful flora and great boardwalk through the endangered wetland. Close to the beach too.
