这里的警官和志愿者都是如此的友好和乐于助人，我太喜欢了。当我第一次来到日本东京时，我并没有做好充分的准备。我来这里后，拿着地图四处打听，去获得更多关于我在有限的时间内可以参观的地方的信息。他们还会送可爱的，免费的折纸给你:)。他们也有我的小册子，他们的英语也说得很好。

我和我的朋友们还没有决定在原宿去哪里玩。我们注意到这个小摊有不同地点的海报，我们可以从我们目前的位置附近过去。我的一个朋友已经注意到一个猫头鹰咖啡馆，我们对它感兴趣，询问员工如何去那里，要花多少钱。工作人员告诉我们位置和价格，他补充说，工作人员可以为我们预订那个地方。所以我们请求他为我们预订了。他真的很乐于助人，如果你还没决定在原宿附近时去哪里，我建议去那里。:D

我们去了位于竹下通街（Takeshita Street）的尽头的HIS游客咨询中心，在那里我可以买到打折票。我们询问了买 the Robot Restaurant票的事情，但我们在网上找到了更便宜的票。但是他们的票能让我们在刺猬、水獭和栗鼠咖啡馆里待更长的时间。一开始我不知道栗鼠是什么，但当我看到了一张栗鼠的照片时，觉得它们很可爱，所以我们决定去看一看。(不过，最终这家咖啡馆并没有栗鼠，这有点让人失望。)

Animal cafe is one of our most popular tours at Harajuku.
We're so sorry that you couldn't end up having chinchillas,
Normally, the cafe shop will have hedgehog, otter, chinchilla as well, they're business with the cafe shop and for sale the animals so that sometimes, there will be no chinchilla or otter at the shop. We hope to get your understanding.

工作人员会英语，很热情并且非常愿意帮忙。我在旅行前通过电子邮件与他们联系，询问了有关租用便携式WIFI的事宜。之前我在网上找到的所有方法都让我很困惑，而且我需要在不同的机场归还设备。但当我到HIS的时候，他们各方面都照顾到了。租赁过程非常容易。他们设备的出租率很高并且工作人员详细地解释了如何使用和归还设备。我们游遍了日本包括一些小山城，WI-FI设备都运作良好。工作人员还帮助我们弄清楚地图以及如何到达，不得不说这里的服务和沟通都是一流的。他们提供的所有信息都非常有帮助，使我们的旅程更加哦轻松。感谢所有HIS的工作人员们。

I will be in tokyo in early march. I will use JR pass 7 days for travelling around japan. I want to visit japan, shirakawa go, osaka, kyoto and back to japan. My question is should I visit tokyo- shirakawa go-osaka -kyoto and back to japan Or tokyo- osaka - kyoto - and put shirakawa on the way back to tokyo? I really need your advice. Thanks in advance

I will be visiting with my mother later this month, is it possible to book tickets for a day trip to Mount Fuji in HIS Tourist Information Center? Or would it be better to book online in advance, in case day trips become fully booked?

I am looking for a 10-14 day tour of Japan at the beginning of March 2018. HIS has a 10 day "Japan Essence" tour that looks very good, but the Hisgo website is a little lacking in details of the tour and I cannot find any reviews at all on line for any HIS package tours of Japan, which is strange for such a large company. I wonder where I can get more information or see reviews?

Our Harajuku Tourist Information Center is located at Harajuku, near the entrance of Takeshita Street, which is a very accessible place.
Address: 1F Harajuku Ash Building 19-11 Jingumae 1 Chome Shibuya-ku Tokyo 150-0001
How to get there: Take JR Yamanote Line to Harajuku Station, take off from Takeshita Exit, cross the road and turn left. Walk straight for 20 seconds then you will find our center.
Except Harajuku, we also have centers in popular areas, for example Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Ueno, etc.

Hi, I recently travelled to Japan and had a great time but one of the things we had trouble finding was live music venues, or Live Houses as they seem to be called there. I'm coming back in March 17 and would love to go see some live music in Tokyo. Looking for Japanese heavy metal bands. Where can tourists go to find a local heavy metal band (or similar) playing? Also, I'm a huge Maximum the Hormone fan. Anyone know when they are playing next? I would arrange my holiday around seeing them for sure!
