I came here after seeing the place in JoeyKaotyk's stream in Twitch. I felt like I have been here before. The place is well worth seeing in Shinjuku.

First 5 days in Tokyo we randomly chose this location based on reviews. Greatest experience so far. Can recommend it to everyone. Don’t be afraid of the entrance in the basement. Worth every second.

It's an adult bar so i do not think that children are allowed. About cigarettes i don't know but you can smoke shisha inside

Minimum of one drink order with seating but no table charge. 2000¥ for hookah, between 700 - 1200¥ for cocktails and such. Food was around 500¥ for tried ( decent amount ) and I think a 4 sausage platter was 750¥. From memory but I believe the prices are close. Hope this helps :)
