An EVJF that will remain etched in our memories

A catchy and immersive escape game, we had chosen the elixir, an investigation to find the recipe of the chartreuse, we were not disappointed, a real good in time as promised at the departure briefing. The welcome was warm, the staff considerate, we stayed for a drink and the cocktails offered in addition to being very varied, were simply delicious, so if you want to have a good time with family or friends it is the right place, we promised to come back to try the other escape games offered, if you follow them on the networks they offer themed evenings like the game werewolf or quiz nights general culture that we also want to try. A superb discovery, we will definitely return. Thank you to the team that allowed us to celebrate this July 20th EVJF with panache.

I am very disappointed we organized a BLIND TEST outing today with a group of friends 1 month ago and PRIZONERS contacted us on the day to cancel. I find this unacceptable, it is a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend PRIZONERS. Reason for cancellation: another group to cancel and therefore not enough participants, great thanks to you; )

Croyez bien que cela nous a peiné d'annuler cet événement, mais nous avons fait le choix de privilégier la qualité de nos activités pour garantir des expériences optimales. Faute de participants, nous ne pouvions vous garantir une activité compétitive de qualité avec seulement deux équipes. Nous cherchons actuellement des solutions pour qu'à l'avenir, ce type d'imprévu n'entrave pas le bon déroulement de l'évènement. Je vous prie une nouvelle fois d'accepter nos excuses, en espérant vous accueillir de nouveau pour vous montrer que notre service habituel ne reflète en rien la mauvaise expérience que vous avez eu. Aging room, disappointing immersion

We chose the “La Mine” room for this first experience at Prizoners. Disappointment awaits you. In chronological order: first of all we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the restaurant part is friendly and allows you to eat and toast around self-service board games, very pleasant. It gets tough when it's time to start our escape game, the briefing is sent to the middle of the restaurant room which is too noisy for this important stage. Entrance is via an adjacent door which does not at all put us in the mood for this journey through time that we were sold. The room itself is aging, too many code locks. The decorations are successful but have unfortunately aged too much. The room is not isolated at all: we can hear other teams in other rooms and people in the restaurant: immersion failed, we do not travel in these conditions. Also a big disappointment because a room in our escape was discovered without a mechanism engaged, the game master having to physically enter the game to accuse us of having forced the mechanism which was not engaged. A questioning on your part rather than an accusation would have been in good form. I would like to point out that we are very used to escape games and are used to not forcing them. We finished the game without having received any clue from our game master and that's a good point because we were able to carry out our thoughts without being influenced/helped. The debriefing is just as expeditious as the briefing.
In conclusion, the welcome is great and the environment is perfect for an evening with friends/colleagues, immersion is completely absent in the escape game (soundproofing, etc.), the decor needs to be refreshed and the game mechanisms need to be varied. We may have come across the wrong room at the wrong time...

Great discovery of the elixir

Great second come to this great place, our GM Umberto was splendid, a real cream, I would even say an elixir of mystery.
The Carthusian fathers and I 1000% recommend all the great adventures and the great staff present!!

Good restaurant escape game

Great decor! We made Elixir and Là Mine in 3 days and we loved it! I did them together with my brother, we succeeded in La Mine and almost Elixir. As game master we had Valentin and Thomas, they are both great, they help us without pushing us. It was excellent ! thank you for everything !
We ate there for lunch and it was a great meal! Reasonable price !
