Le paradis tant il y a à voir à photographier à promener et à déguster.
Je me suis vraiment régalée.
Beaucoup de diobersité.
On se promène là toute 1 journée.
Et on n a pas encore tout vu.

Si l'endroit semble bien pour pouvoir l'apprécier allez y a pied !
Pour y arriver en voiture 2 propositions sont faites une pour les bus et autocars l'autre pour les voitures.
Vous prenez une petite route pavée pour arriver au "cloître" et la une dizaine de places de parkings évidement sans possibilité de stationnement donc demi-tour mais avec les petites routes sens uniques on se retrouve sur la grand route. Conclusion : PAS de visite retour case départ ! ! !

If you have time to get out of the city of Brussels a stroll in this Red Cloister park is a great escape. It is a Natura 2000 site, and has some rare bird species. It also has a play ground for kids. When we visited they were renovating the buildings and the café was unfortunately closed. But it was still a nice walk.

Belle promenade dominicale, il vaut mieux se parquer le long de l'arrivée de l'autoroute face au centre adeps (côté terrains de foot), la nature et les étangs sont relaxants, pas mal de familles avec jeunes enfants, possibilité de manger et/ou simplement boire un verre

Nice green park with lots of kids public attractions, some animals around (horses, chicken, ducks...) nice old abbey well preserved with some nice history.

Un parc vraiment très beau et sympa à visiter, autour d'un ancien cloître. Grand et joli parc arboré, avec paires de jeux. A recommander.

The (signed) entrance to the Rouge Cloître Park must be less than half a mile from the Hermann Debroux metro station. Yet somehow we managed to take a wrong turn upon leaving the station and found ourselves walking on the wrong side of the busy E411. Just as we were about to turn back, we arrived at the ADEPS sports centre where a friendly jogger told us there was a tunnel under the motorway a bit further down the road. A first Rouge Cloître pond was almost around the corner. On the way back we were amazed how close the park is to the underground stop Hermann Debroux.
The site of the former priory of Rouge-Cloître is a very atmospheric place despite the drone of the nearby motorway. For total quietness you have to wander deeper into the adjoining Sonian forest. Many of the historic buildings have been destroyed, rebuilt or altered over time and the priory served many other purposes after the abolition of the religious orders (e.g. barracks, a cotton mill, a stone mason’s workshop). Yet, walking along the remains of the priory wall or around the lovely ponds, meeting the donkeys in the pasture, or standing on the central courtyard we could feel something of the ancient appeal of the site. There also is a fine children’s playground amidst the greenery and a lovely cafe, Le Relais Forestier (reviewed elsewhere).
At the moment, one of the main buildings, the 14th century prior's house, is being refurbished completely so we couldn’t get near it. We read somewhere it will be turned into a restaurant on the ground floor and conference and exhibition rooms upstairs. We will be back to check it out.

Si on désire observer les oiseaux genre foulques macroules et poules d'eau, c'est l'endroit rêvé. C'est aussi un point de départ pour une belle promenade dans la forêt de Soignes.
