Just amazing place. Taken from a fairy tale. There are tables to eat, but there are no banks. After a long journey was compensated by this wonder of the Guadiana River.

Extremely beautiful place, natural, nature at its best, beautiful landscape, lots of wildlife, beautiful rocks, beautiful waterfalls, a spectacular track, it is advisable to bring appropriate clothes and shoes, trekking boots, and water to drink, since the heat is a lot, the coverage of mobile network and little or no, be careful of falls because the place is far and remote, I believe that in case of an accident, help delays to arrive.

Too much time wasted for a disappointment! We went on the side of Serpa, on a path that never ends again, being a part on ground and in bad conditions! We went to some passages, which are closed and with some areas split! They were poorly constructed, with third class material and deteriorated shortly after they were inaugurated, becoming dangerous! From where the car stands you can't see 'imponent' waterfall no... a river running down there, with a pond ahead and ready... is what you see! Maybe the other side is better or if you see anything else, but I don't think to try again!
There are 'real' waterfalls much more beautiful in Portugal, with good access and but easy to see (because this one I did not see)! :/

The road that leads to the site passes through hills covered with white daisies and small yellow flowers. A fairytale panorama! Then the walk up to the gorge with a rushing waterfall of sparkling water. Exceptional, not to be missed.

Place for a very steep decision. There are 2 sides to go down, but to go down by motorbike or car you can get down to the place. On the other side you leave the vehicle and go down the stairs.
Very beautiful, very calm, you can have a picnic and go for a walk. It's really worth the visit!!!

Gorgeous park. Looks a little creepy in November. And beautiful because of its panorama. The waterfall and mountain river with a strong current amaze with their power. I read that red eagle owls live in this area. The largest birds of prey in the world. At night they sleep in the gorges. They feed on various living creatures and bark beetles. The place itself connects the two banks so that animals can move from one part to the other. In general, the city itself is a national hunting park. But if your blood pressure is low, it will drop even more. I walked around with slight dizziness the entire trip. 😁
And yes. Previously, the water level reached the highest point of the shore. This can be seen from the shape of the stones and the indentations in them. Such holes are formed when water washes over a stone. You can see it in the photo.

If you want to stay along the left bank, take the M514 in Serpa towards Mertola (not the 265).
A breathtaking tour through the lower Alentejo.
Suddenly (at least 25 km) you will see a sign Pulo do lopo 2 km. You can descend via a constructed stair path

Restaurante com boa apresentação e higiene. Não muito “fino” mas o suficiente para aquilo que pretendem. A comida é de facto melhor que em alguns restaurantes “finos”. Adorei a experiência e a repetir.

Vamos a visitar Pulo do Lobo, vamos de Badajoz y me gustaría saber cual es la mejor ruta. Hasta donde se puede llegar con coche y cuanto hay que andar.
