An incredible beach: very long, with transparent sea. The landscape is really impressive because behind you can see the small lagoon. Sandy beach, mostly free and a little wilder. Recommendation not to go too far with mopeds and cars, as the space where the cars are parked is sandy and therefore it may be difficult not to get bogged down.
There is a bar that rents the umbrella-2 sunbeds set that comes 15€, with showers and toilets. You can either go and order directly at the bar, otherwise there are waiters passing between the umbrellas, The only flaw is the music present all day. I did not find it unbearable sincerely, as it was not overly tall, but it is right to know.

Very long Caribbean style beach with crystal clear sea mainly of white sand with some stretches of pebbles at the entrance into the water. You get there after a dirt road that runs along the lake behind the beach and gives a completely flat view. There is only one small organized stretch with umbrellas, shower and a bar, very chaotic and noisy, more suitable for drinking something than eating (to better eat some tavernas before arriving at the beach). For the rest km of free beach with seabed that slopes very slowly and therefore very suitable for children. Equip yourself with umbrella and water to enjoy the natural and unspoilt beauty of the beach

Beach located in the central west of the island, facing the wild lagoon accessible by car or trekking routes. Nice pebble beach, unequipped beach in the morning you meet few people.

We went in June 2024 to this beautiful beach. Wonderful sea and especially not crowded. The very nice bar too bad that day the light came and went so you could not always have a drink or eat.

You need a car to get to this beach. The beach is sandy and there is plenty of space for privacy .peace and quiet. We really enjoyed getting to the beach early and walking the whole length of the bay , there and back which took about an hour.
There was one var open and another was in the process of being opened.
The only comment I would make is that because it is in the west side of the island it is far windier than the sheltered east side so an umbrella or wind breaker is required to have some protection from the wind and shifting sand.
I would think when the weather was far warmer, although nice when we went in May,the wind would be a welcome relief from the heat.
A lovely beach nut some preparation needed to be comfortable there.

Mosquitoes out of control, there’s even stories in the local press and a open letter issued in June by the great and good of the Corfu tourist board be-moaning the cutbacks on spraying to control mosquitoes in the country.

Nice beach, with sand inside and out €10 a set, you have to go early to find it, it has a very nice beach bar that you can call to reserve an umbrella. The second best beach for me after Issos.

Wild beach, a little windy, but lying on the sunbed makes the situation decidedly more divine! Then there is this lake behind it which makes it very similar to the Comacchio area!

Hello, it's about 30km away. You have more options to take the road: on the east coast, passing near Achilleon which you can also visit, or towards Pelekas-Sinarades through the center of the island, direction south.
