Very nice structure, my 6-year-old daughter had a great time. There are slides and swimming pools for all ages. Staff very kind and very attentive to safety and compliance with regulations. Very clean environment. There are areas with tables to eat your meal. This time we took advantage of the fact that there are various dining options, the Aic circuit, and my celiac daughter could eat a delicious gluten-free sandwich with a huge portion of chips prepared in the dedicated kitchen area, and with so much attention from the staff. Only negative note near the slide of the large pool the floor was dangerous you slipped.

If you are looking for a park where you can have family fun together, this is not for you. Small structure compared to expectations, few attractions, a single slide that can be done with the family all together, children and adults, but with an unsuitable floor, smooth indoor tiles that made it really dangerous for adults but especially for children, also because the floor was covered with water. I don’t know how such a thing is possible, but no one from the City checked before giving permits? Pool edges a little dirty with mold, but the water was clean. Satisfactory animation, we saw the reptile show and it was really cute and fun. Ladies and boys of cleaning kind and polite. All the lifeguards were always attentive and polite even when making a call, except one of them with hedgehogs who whistled constantly both adults and children, responding to all in a very rude and haughty way, believing that the whistle he had gave him permission to respond badly to people even when they were courteous and apologized. I understand calling a child or adult back when they do something wrong, but you always have to do it politely and humbly, just like other lifeguards did. Clean and spacious picnic area. Very nice and polite bar girl. Bottom line: for what I spent I could have found better, sorry for those who work there because it is a group that deserves, apart from the curl that was believed to be c.

Aquapark organized in detail.
All areas of the park from swimming pools to bathrooms, the area where you can eat perfectly clean and tidy meals. Entrance to the park is allowed while seats last and this allows you to have no overcrowding, you can still buy your ticket online avoiding the sold-out. You can have meals brought from home in a picnic area or buy them directly at the various dining options with normal prices.
The staff is very attentive and polite, despite sometimes being put to the test by rude guests. Animation present and not intrusive.
At the property there are attractions for all ages and there is also a beach volleyball court. Free parking space. In short, fantastic experience and to recommend

I was on 21/08 with other friends. We ordered two umbrellas and four sunbeds in the Vortix area just to be close, but apparently they were not the ones where we had positioned ourselves. In the absence of guys to ask for the place, a lifeguard approached to help us and make us put in our hypothetical seats. After swimming, I returned to the area where we were located and I could not find my bags and even with other people under the umbrella. Panicked, I immediately went to the info point to collect everything and they tell us that the umbrellas purchased in the end were not close as required in the purchase. After several attempts to find a solution, we find ourselves forced to break away.
I honestly don't understand how with a total spend of 74€ there is so much disorganization in an amusement park with so much fame. I strongly discourage it, I hope this criticism serves to improve the service inside the aqua park.

Ci dispiace che l’episodio su citato non le abbia consentito di trascorrere con serenità la sua esperienza al Parco e tempestivamente abbiamo cercato di accorpare i 2 kit ombrelloni (con vostro consenso), vista la mancanza di attrezzature (sold out dalle 10:30 circa).
Inoltre in direzione ci siamo scusati per l’errore commesso ed abbiamo omaggiato un bracciale dei servizi precaricato con l’obiettivo di farvi trascorrere una giornata piacevole ma ci dispiace che non abbia trovato parole per l’animazione, piscine, acquascivoli, food e tutti gli altri servizi offerti.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di offrire esperienze uniche per garantire piacevoli ricordi, augurandoci di darle nuovamente il benvenuto al Free Time Acquapark e riconquistare la sua fiducia, cordiali saluti.

It looks like a small town, full of attractions, lots of games for children and more... security and lifeguards always ready for anything. 5 stars but worth much more!

I have been here many times and I had a great time, everything very nice, the animation very nice , the environment is cozy, everything very organized , the pools very clean ... Recommendation to come because you will not regret it

A very fun water park, clean and tidy, umbrellas and stations assigned by ticket, with the possibility to buy online. Congratulations to the Animation staff, funny, professional and very engaging. We had a great time. Safe deposit box service and at the end of the day showers and dressing rooms. The water gym moment very funny.

Non si prenota ma può acquistare i biglietti in prevendita dal nostro sito entro le ore 24 del giorno precedente (biglietti garantiti), oppure recarsi alle casse del Parco al mattino fino ad esaurimento delle disponibilità.
