I had a party here for my son. The kids all had fun but there were a few hiccups that ruined our experience. We have had a lot of birthday parties for kids at various places but this was by far the most expensive. Expected considering it involved go carting but:
-The pizzas came an hour late, arrived after the finish time. Sizes were so small and no where enough for teenagers.
- When our group of teen boys started at the go cart area they were not briefed or given any information about how to brake or slow down etc. One of the kids did ask but was given a reply of “in life you have to learn things on your own”. Well come to the second round of go carting some kids did not know how to brake and could not slow down. Go figure. The same instructor had the nerve to scream (border line verbal abuse ) at the kids to stop and brake. After we told them the kids were not given any instructions they stopped the group and gave them a debrief. It’s concerning they didn’t do that in the beginning and I was absolutely disgusted that one of the kids got screamed at. Had the workers done their job thoroughly that situation could have been easily avoided. I assume they thought the group knew what yo do but that doesn’t justify screaming at kids.
I write this as feedback to improve. Everything else was great but the one worker ruined it.

Turned up and was turned away. Website says you can walk in no need to book. Tried calling and was going to voicemail so we decided to drive there which took us 45min to get there and then to have attitude from staff telling us they are too busy to answer phones yet there was 5 of them just standing there doing nothing and have no room for one child. Absolutely disgusting service and will not return or recommend…

Paid for tickets to paintball at this place, payed for them at a sales stand at a Westfield as they were offering deals ,
Payed for the tickets , proceeded to try and book and they told me to go all the way out West to some other paintball place.
I explained what happened and how I was told I could use the tickets at the Concord place but even the guy working at Concord said he was aware of them doing this yet he seems to just let it happened.
Biggest scam

This is about the paintball on offer.
Really poor equipment. The guns jammed frequently - we mixed them up between us and some were ok .. but it's hard to play when you're worried about being hit when you can't even cover yourself because of jams and just overall poor performance from 80% of the kit.
Given we paid $1k for the 2 hour session I'd expect gear to be much better than it was.
Instruction was ok but not excellent and at times seemed a little hurried and hard to hear- missed some crucial rules which made one of our rounds pointless. Very noisy cos of the karts next to us.
The karts did look great but the paintball could have been much better.
Sorry guys- a no from me.

Where should I begin?
I took me a while to come here to leave a review for Spitfire due to lots of different excuses... but today I remembered and here I am.
The company I work for decided to do a team bonding exercise and took us for a day of Go-Karting and Laser Tag. Initially, I was very confused, the place was called Spitfire but browsing for a bit you'll quickly find their presence on the internet is 'Spitfire paintball and Go-Karting' with a heavier emphasis on Go-Karts... so I understand how some people might feel mislead when reading the name on TripAdvisor. Either way, this place 50% karts, 35% paintball (if I can call it that? I saw rubber balls on the floor and we did not go there to paintballed each other...) and 15% laser tag.
The karting experience can be resumed as:
- You need to achieve the fastest lap of your group in order to continue moving to the next 'top players' round.
- Some karts are super fun to drive, some are slow and some are super quick... Talk to the guys to request one that is fitting to your driving skills.
- It does not look super exhausting to drive karts on this track... until you do it for three races in a row, your arms start to hurt and your hands blister a bit (this is pretty standard while karting small tracks)
- Every now and then, the guys will request you to pull to the side to let somebody else go past, but they do not really enforce it. I was the fastest driver in my office (possibly the most aggressive too) and I was constantly slowed down by a colleague driving in front of me, unwilling to stop as the manager was requesting him to do it.
What does it mean for you if you are looking for a place to drive your kart?
If you are occasionally interested in go-karts and the skills among your team variates quite a lot this place might be a great place to take them, The karts aren't going to get faster than 40 kph and you don't need to because the track is small yet fun to drive in.
If you are constantly driving karts, you might find this place a little below your skills but it will be still fun to drive it.
I wished I had at go at laser tag, but based on past experiences I decided not to (I am pretty tall and most people spot me when I am trying to hide). Some of my colleagues mentioned it was super fun and a good activity to those that can't be subjected to crashes or hard bumps.
Overall, I liked it a lot.

Although called 'paintball', it is not! Upon arrival we discovered that it is 'paintless' paintball, a fact that had not been mentioned when we booked, causing disappointment and dissatisfaction. We had looked forward to having fun getting covered in paint. I felt misled.

As my son now allow to ride, we found Spitfire go-karting as it is not too far from us. You might need a gps to find the place as it is hidden back on a cul-de-sac.
As it is warehouse type, is not fancy but functional. The service and people are very friendly and helpful. If it is your first time, you will get charge annual pass of $9 on top of your game cost.
We got hair net, helmet, got briefed and off we go. They have good system running with time tracking for each person on each lap and record fastest and average time. They give you the result at the end of everyone's time.
The kart is ok, as we have two session (10min each) we noticed some kart better than others to handle. We enjoyed it although feel bit battered afterwards especially after I was rammed hard by other kart from the back and hit the tyres.
It is bit dangerous so is not for everyone, as you need a bit of a dare devil to drive fast around the corners otherwise you will slow other riders behind.
Place itself feels run down with few old arcade games, smell of sweat and rubbers and untidy. It also have paint balls and laser tag games area. Still, not the best but an option on rainy days and school holidays activities. My best time is just over 27sec... not fast enough. Might comeback to break that time.

we went there on a bucks, the place was poorly presented and the track and paintball field was basically something a twelve year old put together, with his 10 year old brother. Yes you can play and kart, but thats because you saw it on the nett and the illusion was bigger than the fact. there are other better places for same money, If you dont need to be in concord go elsewhere. Spend some money, you get enough by sucking in people

Thank you for visiting and your review. We take all comments on board and look forward to constructive feedback. Our center is very unique and unlike anything offered in Sydney, especially considering we are the only facility to offer these products in one convenient location, we would love to hear where you can get this type of service and believe is better as it's simply non existent. As for the sizing and what is offered, we are very open and proudly display what we have on offer online and don't need to misrepresent this as we are simply the biggest facility in Sydney. As a hard working small family business we are proud of what we have achieved and our customers love the experience, we can see from you other reviews you focus on the negatives of most experiences but acknowledge everyone is entitled to their opinion an to blog. Thanks again for coming.

Excellent. This indoor go kart centre is probably one of the best run ones in Sydney. 10 - 15 minute walk from Concord West station. The Go Karts are modern and quick and the track is wide enough (unlike other indoor tracks) to pass slower drivers. You get a print out of your time after each heat. About $27 for 10 minutes. I paid $72 for 3 x 10 That was enough as you are a bit fatigue after driving flat out. The track has some nice straights and turns and the Go Karts drift beautifully if you like to accelerate hard into the corners with out applying the brakes. Staff were excellent and obviously enjoy the job. Open from 11am - 9pm most days.

Chase your racing car dreams on the track. Timed races. Kids loved it. Great idea for a birthday treat with friends. The girls loved it!
