I arrived at Ayuskama accidentally on my first day in India and it was my biggest luck - I immediately felt I have a teacher for life and was devoted completely to the wisdom of Dr. Sharma. I have done several treatments led by amazing Rajni and particip[ated in 3 workshops and I feel I have finally found a way to understand myself and the wisdom of my body and mind. Recommend to EVERYONE who is interested in a life-changing point of view led by Dr. Sharma who is no doubt a special doctor, teacher, and person.

If anyone out there has looked long enough and has been unable to decide on which teacher to zero in on then you have reached the right community of people and a dedicated teacher and doctor who has everyone's best interest at heart. We will learn Ayurveda without any gimmicks, hands on, under Dr. Arun Sharma's supervision and it will change your life for the better with an understanding of better health and how to practice different treatments the right way. Trust me it's an encyclopaedia you are jumping into but with Dr. Arun's guidance you will slowly grasp and it will sink into your psyche.

If you want an enriching experience and want to study Ayurveda the right way, Dr Sharma is the best teacher to learn from !! Dr Sharma is logical, intuitive, sensitive as a physician and teacher. He helps you logically understand the science of Ayurveda and guides you through the process like a true mentor. He explains Ayurveda is a science of common sense and goes on to elaborate around this statement with the help of Ayurveda shastra(traditional ayurveda texts), his own experiences as a teacher/doctor and correct reasoning.
Ayuskama Ayurveda under Dr Arun's vision has a holistic approach on treatment and hence the process of healing and recovery is by identifying the root cause of a disease and not just superficial investigation.
I strongly recommend this place for both studying Ayurveda and also for Ayurvedic treatments!!

Ho conosciuto alcuni anni fa questa Clinica tramite un'amica. Ho contattato il Dr. Arun Sharma tramite email che è stato da subito molto disponibile. Sono stato così ben 2 volte in due anni diversi a studiare con lui e a fare anche il panchakarma (speciale trattamento di detox).
Sono un Podologo che vive e lavora in Italia, e mi sono rivolto a lui per un corso personalizzato per poter integrare la Medicina Ayurvedica nel mio lavoro.
Non me lo immaginavo, ma l'esperienza diretta di studiare con lui è stata favolosa, ha grande capacità di insegnamento che si adatta a tutti i livelli.
Conosco bene l'ambiente sanitario e posso dire che il Dr. Sharma è assolutamente tra i medici più preparati che abbia incontrato nella mia vita. Oltre a essere un ottimo medico è inoltre una persona molto umana e con un animo nobile, volto alla ricerca spirituale.
La Clinica è pulita e i terapisti sono molto preparati. I due panchakarma che ho fatto sono stati davvero validi per i problemi di salute di cui soffrivo quel periodo. Ho sentito l'efficacia di quei trattamenti per lungo tempo nel mio corpo, compreso la terapia di ringiovanimento (rasayana) che continuo tuttora a casa.
Assolutamente consigliato!

I found Ayuskama in 2019 and since then I have been a student and patient of Dr Sharma’s. It has been an ever evolving and mind opening experience to be both, and also an immensely fun one.
Dr Sharma is a very level headed person with such infectious charisma, passion and warmth. His teaching style very much reflects these qualities which makes the whole process of learning with him so enjoyable. He is also an extremely articulate and communicative individual which allows the message and science of Ayurveda to be passed on so clearly in his teachings.
I was a patient in the Ayuskama clinic in 2020 while in Bhagsu where I was receiving daily treatments for almost 2 months to treat a chronic health issue. Although I didn’t put that much expectations on the results as I had previously tried many things, the results turned out to be quite remarkable. This experience actually really amplified my belief in Ayurveda.
One of the main facets of the Ayurvedic system is understanding and treating the individual as opposed to just treating the disease, as there is so much nuance in each case. This is where I feel Dr Sharma is truly skilled and intuitive. I saw how he was really able to understand certain details of what was happening within me that I wasn’t aware of, which then allowed for an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
I still currently meet Dr Sharma online for consultations where he is able to guide me through certain protocols to follow from home. Having his guidance and support makes a big difference in keeping my morale up during slightly more difficult times.
The Ayuskama Institute and Clinic is a fantastic organisation that offers a warm and personable experience for everyone who becomes part of the community. We are actually a big ever growing family.
Dr Sharma’s assistant who handles the administration is always very efficient and responsive to any queries and issues. This is definitely an important aspect for me as someone who asks many question. I feel having this well structured administration system really lays the foundation for a smooth and enjoyable experience in both the classes and consultations.
I highly recommend Ayuskama for anyone looking for clarity, wellbeing and a holistic empowering perspective on life. It is truly a life changing and joyous experience to be part of this community.

I have completed the online course for Ayurveda therapist lvl 1. It has transformed my life and health. Dr Arun is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He presents each concept with clarity and simplicity, and he makes time for every question. I believe that the value of the course for the price is very good. If you are looking to gain full understanding of Ayurveda, look no further. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend the course and Dr Arun Sharma.

I wasn't feeling good before joining as I was stressed due to this pandemic time .. after joining Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute it was such a great experience. I would like to thank Dr. Neetu and Dr. Vinod for helping me through out my treatment.

First I came to Ayuskama because of health issues. Not only that Dr. Arun helped me with this, but with so much more.
Since i came to Dr. Arun's clinic I knew that I want to learn from him. Pure wisdom, knowledge, kindness and honesty. I felt that I can trust him completely. After the opportunity to take an online course came... So I went for it and it was truly one of the best decisions. From experience i can say that The Ayurveda Therapist Course has the ability to improve lives. It has helped already so much! So holistic and explained in such interesting enjoyable way, that i just started to watch it again and again i am finding so many valuable things.
Feel so much gratitude and can only recommend Ayuskama to all!

I have recently completed the Ayurveda Therapist level 1 course online and it has been a truly incredible experience. The content of the course provides you with a rounded holistic knowledge of not only Ayurveda, but also Indian philosophies, giving you a full holistic understanding of Ayurveda. Dr Sharma is an amazing teacher and the content is delivered in a clear and informative way. I would not hesitate to study with him again.

I attended the Level 1 and Level 2 Ayurvedic Therapist courses with Dr. Arun Sharma at the Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute in Bhagsu from September - December 2019. I learned so much from the course content and from Dr. Sharma. His teaching style is very effective and understandable. I would highly recommend studying with him and also doing treatment with him if that's what is needed. He has a vast knowledge of Ayurveda and also of western medicine so he understands both approaches, which has huge merits. He not only teaches about Ayurveda, but also has an exceptional understanding of life and explains it in a very digestible way. Recommending him 100%.
