“很棒的派对”
我们刚刚在这里为我儿子办了十岁生日派对，整个布置棒极了。所有的男孩子们都玩得非常开心，工作人员把孩子们照看得非常好。对于很多男孩来说，这是他们第一次体验卡丁车，他们都很喜欢。我儿子迫不及待还想再去玩。

“No regard for safety and no customer service”

我们带儿子们来参加生日旅行，他们经常去卡丁车，并且饮食时注意安全规则。这个地方很干净，很容易观看赛道。然而，客户服务很垃圾，而且很少考虑司机的安全。第一轮比赛进行得并不顺利，因为另一组犯了很多错误。结果他们故意撞到我儿子好几次，安全队长也认出了这一点。遗憾的是他们被允许参加第二轮比赛。我的儿子们感到不安全，要求重新安排时间。那被否认了。显然经理不想争论。所以我们离开了，因为安全是关键。

No regard for safety and no customer service

We took our sons as a birthday trip, they go karting regularly and ate aware of the safety rules. The place is clean and it is easy to watch the track. However customer service is rubbish and there is little regard for the safety of drivers. The first run did not go well as the other group was doing a lot of mistakes. It ended with them deliberately bumping into my son several times That was recognised by the safety marshall. Sadly they were allowed for the second run. My sons did not feel safe and asked for a reschedule. That was denied. Obvously the manager did not want to argue. So we left as safety is key.

Fantastic Laser Tag Birthday Party in Fabulous Facilities

Held my son’s 9 birthday party at there laser tag area and it was wonderful. Arron did a fantastic job delivering an entertaining and engaging session that the children loved. Booking process was easy and everything was delivered easily and to a high standard. Most importantly - the laser tag was so much fun (as much for adults as for children). Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic! The team there are so welcoming and supportive. Gave tips on how to get better lap times and really made an effort.

Such a great experience. Huge amount of fun! I didn't want it to end so paid for more laps whilst I was there.

Staff are excellent at Xtreme Karting Edinburgh, efficient, friendly helpful and extremely professional. On both visits couldn't fault Craig and his team for customer service. Safety is taken seriously and explained clearly. Craig had to deal with some customers who were ignoring the safety rules but he dealt with this swiftly and with the upmost professionalism.
Great fun and highly recommend.

No flexibility, terrible customer service and unhygienic

Please do not book here. The staff are unhelpful at best, rude at worst. They have no flexibility, when trying to reschedule they were uncontactable initially then unwilling to help when eventually contactable. Having viewed from their gallery the equipment looks dated and the overall site safety is questionable. We contacted Knockhill immediately upon the fiasco of this business and they have a very professional approach and can highly recommend.

Fun activity - safety brief well carried out to ensure that everyone in the group knew how to keep us and the staff safe. Wish the jumpsuits could have been washed in between uses as they did not smell the best.

Went as a family of 4 to the escape room as a bonding experience, holly (our host) was welcoming and wonderful from the get go, very enthusiastic and helpful throught The room itself was a massive puzzle that will leave us all annoyed that we didn’t quite finish despite coming close, i would deffo recommend going in and doing it you won’t regret it! Finally a big thank you once again to Holly, she gave us enough clues to keep us on the right track however also letting us figure it out ourselves, honestly a lovely game master who made the experience even more enjoyable.

Great time there, the track is very interesting with a good variety of high and low speed corners throught the track layout, it felt quite safe and the safety briefing was very clear.
